The word choices bothered me, but I thought worse was the way he was talking AT these different groups. And the gross oversimplification that ignore all the progress that has been made. Blacks may be disproportionately poor, but being a slave to uncle sugar is purely an ignorant/lazy thing.

He's really not saying anything different than most do about welfare and big gubmit, he's just a dumb hick that's really bad at communication who doesn't know how to sanitize his comments so as not to offend.

I don't think he's a racist or hates those groups he's just hopelessly ignorant. I tend to think of someone with biased or prejudice (both of which are pretty natural for everyone) as bigots (that portion stemming from basic ignorance), but people who act on that to cause harm are racists.
Anyone who uses that analogy has no comprehension of what chattel slavery in the antebellum South was.

Would you want your kids acting like that?

have I seen kids of variety of ethnic groups and socio economic classes acting like jerks in similar situations, yep. did I use it as a way to pass a blanket judgment on a whole ethnic group, nope.

"When the grazing fee was first instituted on the forest reserves it was often referred to as a property tax. Permits quantified a certain number of AUMs, (animal-unit-months or the amount of feed required for one cow for one month,) as descriptive of a grazer's pre-existing rights of use. The grazing "tax" was based on the value of that level of use in AUMs as property. The term "tax" was used almost universally in newspaper reports in the west from 1905 for a decade or more. (The notion of grazing taxes is discussed at length in McCarthy Hour of Trial: The Conservation Conflict in Colorado and the West, 1891-1907 pp. 161-164.)

    You can't answer the question.

    gosh a ruddies
lets see grazing fees were considered a tax
cliven bundy is a racist, tea party tax evader
and he and is ilk are prime examples of the government providing welfare to multi generational deadbeats

Across the west, the BLM and U.S. Forest Service manage 13.3 million AUMs (Animal Unit Months) on 250 million acres of public land. One month of grazing one cow/calf combination or five sheep (the definition of an AUM) costs $1.35—a fee that’s substantially below the present-day cost of $16-$20 per month to graze livestock on private land (BLM evidence of this disparity is noted
here.) The direct loss to taxpayers, according to Wild Earth Guardians’ interpretation of GAO data, is huge: at least $123 million a year. Indirect but related costs push the total to as much as $1 billion, all to produce less than 3% of the nation’s beef supply.

Doubtful, there is a difference between logic and pure hatred. Sorry you can't understand the difference.

If the OC did do that though, I wouldn't be surprise to see you bitch about it and then come back a few weeks later making racist remarks toward Mexicans.

I appreciate your input Mr. Bundy. Of course Mr. like that has been shown to be dealing in stereotypes. Mr. Sleeper claimed black teen pregnancy rates were rising and their graduation rate was falling when the inverse was true. But of course you would "echo everything they say," because they support your prejudices.

Gosh a ruddies what have we heard from Mr. Bundy and his acolytes on this thread, those you chose to defend. Denigration of blacks, one insult after another. But what do we see when we examine the facts.
Despite handicaps placed on no other ethnic group in American history, despite slavery and jim crow black have made some gains while still burden with the long term effect of the African diaspora and euro-American racism.

So you did or didn't know blacks were slaves during the early portion of our nation's history??????

Well, generally speaking, a black person can't put their foot in their mouth without gubmit help :)
