Here we go again. Perhaps you could explain the largest prior hurricane to make landfall in NJ .............. in 1821, a mere gap of 191 years. I assume it was all the steel mills, car factories, and railroad smoke polluting the air in the few years leading up to 1821 that caused dramatic shifts in climate resulting in more deadly cyclonic activity. Oh wait .........

How long will the marxists, parading as radical environmentalists, continue to peddle their lies? Are they that horror stricken with capitalism?

A hurricane made landfall in 1903 but more importantly
recently hurricanes effecting new jersey have caused
1990s frequent extensive damage and 6 killed
2000s frequest extensive damage and 1 killed
2010s before Sandy extensive damage and ten killed

No genius, we are in a period of more frequent crazy and intense storms across the country.
Over the past few years we have seen crazy hurricanes across the country that are more intense, we have see more droughts in the south and midwest, more intense snowstorms in the Mid-Atlantic and the north (three freak snowstorms over the past four years in the DC/ Northeast area), and more freak storms (all the crazy thunderstorms the past few years).

Now, this could be natural, natures own cycle, or could be man-caused, I'm not sure. But, one cannot deny we are in a period across the country of more intense weather. Trying to say otherwise ignores the weather of the past 8 or so years.

First its Global Cooling in the 70's, then Global Warming in the 90's and early 2000's then it became "Climate Change". Wow the climate is changing? Tell me something that hasn't happened for freaking ever. All it is, is people like Gore leading sheep while bringing in the money. Hey morons, he built a multi million house on the freaking beach, I am sure he is terrified about those rising waters he keeps saying are coming. Shouldn't New York and Florida be like Atlantis by now?

And saying it's so doesn't make it so.

Weather cycles are caused by the sun far more so than auto exhaust. Are you saying extreme weather never happened 10 years ago, 100 years ago, a million years ago?

I'm also far more inclined to believe that so-called "climate change" is just another lie fabricated by worldwide socialists to "justify" increased taxation of the eeeevil capitalist producers to insure revenue streams for wealth redistribution.

Nope, not at all. We are actually in more agreement than you think. Natural or man-influenced, doesn't matter to me. The point is we are in a current cycle of extreme weather.
Weather is in cycles to me, and that extreme weather has happened previously, the cold streaks of the 1800s, and the middle ages, and the heat and dust in the 1920-30s.

My point is we are now in another one of those cycles. What caused it is not the point. The main point is ensuring that our weak infrastructure and economy can handle what we are now in an extreme cycle.
How long will this cycle last, no idea. But, we are in one, if you take the last 8-10 years into account.

No one on here can dismiss all of the droughts, crazy storms, and the odd hurricanes we have seen the last decade or so.
The weather in DC the last 5 years, is so freaking odd, breaking so many records in heat, cold, snow, wind, rain, and flooding.

Climate change to me is just the regular cycle of the earth. And we have to adapt our way of lives to it.

Lol, thanks for admitting you're a conspiracy kook.
