  I am not saying you are factually wrong when it comes to the description of the end times in the Bible. However if you dont think you are at least combative if not "hate" speech based off your post then you should go back and read it again.
  
  If you believe that is how Jesus would respond to a homosexual then you have read a totally different set of gospels than I have. That type of combative speech does NOT further the gospel it just makes people dislike Christianity even more than some already do.

  I have friends who have been fired for being gay, so I know this situation can exist. I regret that it is not bs but it is a reality for a lot of people.

  You respond to me because I have lived a gay lifestyle and I know what I'm talking about. Trust me, I am not the only gay person who is concerned about Bachmann's husband. The gay community has been very much up in arms ever since the story broke on ABC.

  Marriage is a union between man and woman. By definition there is no such thing as a gay marriage.

  Then it's time to change the definition. Canada and some other countries have done it and it hasn't hurt straight people one bit. It's time to bring the U.S. into the Modern Age.

  Did the employer tell the person that they were fired for being gay or did the person use that as an excuse after he/she was fired for doing his/her job?

  I know of at least one case where the employee was fired and was told in plain language that his firing was because he was gay. The way the employer found out was because the employee joined Seattle Men's Chorus. The person's name is Dennis Coleman. The story had a happy ending because the chorus ultimately hired Dennis as artistic director. But most stories like this do not have happy endings.

  The biggest thing on the current gay agenda was started by a Seattle newspaper reporter named Dan Savage. He has created something called "It Gets Better." It is a series of videotapes and a book that tries to convince gay teens who are being bullied to hold on and that their lives will improve radically when they get a few years older. Even President Obama contributed a short speech on the video in which he tells gay kids that being gay is OK and that they have the support of a lot of key people. I can't imagine Michelle Bachmann ever contributing anything like that. As I said before, gay teens are the group most likely to commit suicide. People like me are pressuring schools to protect their GLBT kids from the kind of intensive bullying that drives these kids to suicide.

  Everyone gets bullied in school. Maybe the little princesses should toughen up just a bit and get a little thicker skin.

  If this is true, said employee should be living on an island somewhere, sipping umbrella drinks, and living off the interest from his settlement.

  Civil unions would be fine if they included all the same government-sanctioned rights and privileges that go with marriage. However, there are very few states that offer civil unions. In fact, there may be less states that have civil unions than actually offer gay marriage.

  The gay people in my life would laugh at the very notion of a "gay lifestyle". They live the same lifestyle as I do other than the sex of their partners.
