Something kind of like a bad economy?

There's been a "bad" economy since before Romney became the nominee!
Why hasn't he taken a commanding lead yet?

You people need to face it....unless te economy takes a nosedive from where it is....Romney can't win

No, it's about sugar and fear to hang-on to voters that apparently can't think for themselves. The DNC was astounding - the liberals went full retard.

Heres something that not many polling companies are reporting....when Gary Johnson is included in the polls....it increases President Obamas lead by about 2 points.

Is that among people that are actually going to vote?

The only way Obama realizes his supposed 5+ pt advantage is if people have to go to the polls to pick-up their welfare checks.

Huh....Russian ships adorn the Dem Convention. Shocking.

Interestingly, the Republicans have a much better chance of winning the popular vote than they do the Electoral College. Can't wait to see the hypocrisy from both sides if that happens.

One of Willard's VP vetters leaked this morning they were asking potential candidates for 10 years of tax returns from anyone they were considering putting on the ticket.

The Obama campaign has already seized on this, and is planning to roll out some ads soon apparently about how Willard is a hypocrite and secretive. That he wanted 10 years of returns to be put on the ticket, but thinks its OK for the American people to get only 2 years from him and they should just be happy with it.

At a debate I could actually see the State sponsored media actually giving Willard that kind of question as a gotcha to put him on the spot.

The tax return issue has gone away, but it will be back in the not too distant future it seems as a new round of tar and feathering is apparently in the works especially now that the info about the vetting procedure is out there.

Hey, it is apparently way more important to antagonize Romney about tax returns than question obama as to why his white house staffers meet with the muslim brotherhood.

    Twilight Zone.

Let's see...Romney says one of his first acts as POTUS will be to fire Helicopter Ben Bernacke. Today, the chairman of the Federal Reserve decides that Quantitative Easings 1 and 2 just didn't quite work right and we MUST have QE 3 to finally get it right for jobs and the economy. It couldn't possibly be that he's far more interested in his future employment than the continued assault on the dollar? What's another $40,000,000,000 per month anyways?

Keep digging, Ben and Barry. Someday, the hole will be insurmountable to climb out of and then Barry will have his wish.

If Bam wants to piss away a few more million dollars on the issue, I say have at it.

Ohio is going to be responsible for re-electing BHO at this point.

A new Wallstreet Journal/NBC News/Marist poll released tonight has Obama up 50-43 in the state, and also ahead in Florida/Virginia 49-44.

I think Willard will actually win Florida for sure, Virginia possibly, but Ohio has some how turned into Obama country as he has had a stubborn lead here that has been above the margin of error and growing.

There is no path to the Presidency for Willard that does not include Ohio.

If Ohio stays BHO country, I firmly believe it is the GM bailout that saved him because without it I don't see how he is winning Ohio.

Check the crosstabs. As usual, this poll oversamples democrat voters by about 5-6 points.

If he is as unpopular in Ohio as you guys claim....it shouldn't matter if they "oversample" as you say.

When are you guys going to admit things are looking bad for Mitt

I'm not saying things look any particular way for Mitt. I'm just saying that Bam doesn't have a 7 point lead in Ohio.

One of two things happened here:

    1. The pollsters aren't very good at their jobs, and the methodology is weak, or...

    B. They deliberately skewed the sample to make it appear as though Obama is doing better than he really is.

I'm not saying I believe 7 points either...but in the door knocking and phone calling I'm doing I wouldn't be the least bit suprised of he is up a legit 3-4 points.

Will you at least say that Ohio is trending towards President Obama?

If it is, it's negligible. All the reputable polls have had Obama ahead by 1-3 points for almost a month. Rasmussen had Obie +1 yesterday.

According to my Black retired Timken neighbor and his cousin a Union Public School teacher, his son in the Army and my die hard Democrat neighbor mother in law. Obama an asshole, failure, incompetent, liar and a fraud has done nothing for the Black community, small business and the prosperity of America. They would vote for anyone other that Obama and all like Paul Ryan a great deal.

My customer base for my two business are from truck driver, mechanics to architects and engineers in every state I can’t name one that now support Obama, his Administration, Agenda and his anti-business policy .. I don’t know who you are calling but it not working Americans, business owner or educated individuals…

Ty you need to get out more and communicate with real working people. Quit calling Democrat at dinner time they will say anything to hang up on you. When you hang around with people like yourself potentially Unemployed Union Entitlement Community Organizer Democrat you tend to keep talking to people who can’t think for themselves.

If you can't admit that this race nationally(and more specificlly Ohio) is trending towards an Obama victory you've got some MAJOR republican blinders on sir

So three people are speaking for an entire race Belly?

I need to talk to people other than Dems Belly?

How about that retired teacher who has never voted Dem in his life but is voting for President Obama because Romney scares her to death

How about the small business owner who said without President Obamas tax cuts his business would've died

Would you like me to keep going? Because I can

You wanna talk about a biased poll.....look at Rassmussen's newest poll. Romney up 3? That in no way jives with other National polls.

Scott isn't even trying to hide it anymore

Ty you’re a Union hack we both know in a 8 hour shift you made 3 calls and knock on 2 doors (between 12:30 PM and 6:00 PM work week) and you comment that my sample is bogus..

I had to deal with an urgent matter in South Africa for the last few hours so I'm trying to catch up on the news. But from what I've seen:

    1) The Obama administration has incompetently handled the biggest foreign affairs issue since 9/11.

    2) If Obama is re-elected as an American I support us and him because I believe in America, but he needs to rethink his entire second term. His first term is an F grade.

Don't get me started on QE3.
