    Another odd dream last night...

My wife and I were in some sporting goods store. We were walking around - just killing time. I noticed a rack of bikes hanging from their front tires, but they were hanging by a single bolt of the tire. Getting them down was not a problem. I simply grabbed the back tire, pushed up, and lowered the bike down.

It was a nice bike; black, light, simple gear shifting devices. I hopped on the bike and started roaming the section. As I started off, "Sweet" Lou Rosselli walked by. I stopped, looked at my wife and asked,"Do you know who that was?" She said no. I told her he was only the man and continued riding. I turned the corner and almost ran into a post-workout form of Lance Palmer. Nonchalantly, I asked him what were some of the qualities that made Sweet Lou so great. He rattled off a few things and we went our separate ways.

It was time to head out so I returned to where I got the bike. Only one problem... Coach Ross Thatcher was drilling stance and motion at the very spot I needed to hang the bike. I asked him if I could quickly step in and hang the bike. He said sure, but make it quick. As you'll remember, the bike was hanging by the outter bolt onto a ledge. Not exactly a piece of cake. As I fumbled with it for about 20 seconds, Ross, overly annoyed at this point, stepped in and said, "Let me help." I'm pretty sure he did it without looking.

And the bike, even at this very moment, is still hanging.

Was it post-workout Lance "the party" Palmer with corn rows?

    His hair was untethered.

Chris Caudy. At one time a wrestler for Graham. Moved to Florida (Georgia?) or somewhere far South and won a state title.
He admits (where ever it was) it wasn't as good as Ohio wrestling.

Chris is the dude on the left btw.....

For whatever reason had a flashback of Chris hitting a blast double on Rick Glover after a few beers in, on "S.R.'s" basement mat. Rick smashed his head into the pillar.

    God it was funny.

Halloween party. Guessin' he went as Wolverine.

    (Former Mr. Tennessee)

At one time Chris and I were the same weight class, from the same Graham youth 'rasslin club team. We met up in the state finals as lil' fellas.
Yea, pretty much we were half the weight we are now...

A few summers back I started the "tradition" of a morning walk with the fam or a member or two thereof. Today, my daughter and I went at it alone. There was a slight drizzle so we put on our rain jackets and grabbed an umbrella. As we walked, we traded paths from the sidewalk to the street. As we approached the street, my daughter reached for my hand. Shortly thereafter she asked, "Daddy, are you proud of me since I tied the belt of my rain coat?" My response was, "Honey, I'm proud of you because you obey mommy and daddy, but yes, you tying your belt does make me proud of you too." As I finished my sentence, she squeezed my hand in delight, looked forward, and smiled real big.

    Yeah... that's winning.

I had a CRAZY dream last night... My wife asked me to go to the store to get something. As I was driving into the store parking lot it hit me that it was early Sunday morning and that all the stores are closed. So I pulled off into a neighborhood. This neighborhood just happened to be Tommy Rowlands' neighborhood! So I pull up with a few other cars (apparently, in my dream, Tommy does private training at 6amon Sundays). Marysville had three kids there - David Sparks, one of the Miller kids (who looked JUST like Bo Jordan), and one other who I can't recall. As I walked in, Tommy saw me and asked kind of spooked out, "What's up Cruiser?" Sensing his uneasement, I made up some ridiculous request - "Hey are Bobby Smith and/or Kade Kowalski here?" He said no, and walked off a bit disgusted. As I watched him walk by, I tried to plan my escape. As I scanned the room, I noticed his Christmas tree, and the mass amount of toys all over the place. Oh, and his 4 dogs - an old hound, a lab, and two tiny lapdogs, along with a host of cats (kind of like that Haines commercial and the shirt made of cats). Strange indeed.

Today, I'm heading down to a local cupcake shoppe, which also sells deli style sandwiches and pastries, with my daughter. We went yesterday but they didn't have the kind of soup my daughter wanted. But the young lady behind the counter said today would be the day for the creamed broccoli soup.

Chance, our yellow lab retriever, is in a 5-day leash training program. I'd love to do it myself but I'm not the pro. I'd basically be taking three or four times as long with minimal results. They are the pros.

The Mrs. is recovering well from a recent surgery. Actually wants to go garage sale-ing today. I guess I'll be carting her around! :D

My son has discovered my PS-2, and Metal Gear 3: Snakeeater. I do not think you know how happy and proud this makes me!

Tonight - Friday, July 19th - I'm playing a gig at Rule 3 in Pickerington. If you're not busy, stop on out. Roughly 8:30-10pm. A little song; a little dance. Mad love yo.

    What an awesome game! Classic.

Wow! A lot going on here. I originally looked this up in order to post that MY MOUTH IS ON FIRE because I'm eating one of my home grown habaneros - cut up, of course - with two or three rings placed on my sandwich. Only an idiot would eat a fresh habanero pepper in whole! (Click here for proof.)

But anywho, Chance, the yellow lab, is great! A puppy, but still great. The training went AWESOME!!!!! National K-9 in Gahanna get my endorsement.

The Mrs. is back to 100%. We had a garage sale over two weekends - Friday one week, Saturday the next - and we rocked it! Around $300!!! But the best part... We got rid of a bunch! I've said this many of times, but I think where we make large strides against others is the organization. Each article of clothing is placed into a bin and marked by gender and size. Soon-to-be, or new parents seem to love this! Grandparents do as well.

My mouth is still on fire! Gotta run...

lol, have you tried one of those little chinese peppers? Almost all of the guys in my family took a bet and tried them. Hottest thing I have ever tasted! The girls were laughing but we were thinking dial 911.
