Antime Isee a pin in overtime, my mind harkens back to the days of yore when Oklahoma was up by 4 or 5 going into the last match, which was the heavyweight match, Tommy Rowlands vs. Crum I do believe, who I think was a returning All-American that year... and the match goes into overtime. I was thinking Go Tommy, Go Tommy but in the back of my mind was Dang, we lost the dual. Well, Tommy gets in on a leg and finishes to his butt, to which Crum (it may be Clum) gives up the two by going to his back. Tommy just to the head, gets the fall AND THE PLACE ERUPTS!!!!!!! Glad I was there for that. Great stuff, for sure.

Who did they face in the finals that year??????? Wasn't that the National Duals???

Yes, that was the national duals if I remember correctly. I think that was the same day that one of the Iowa studs was down. His name begins with a Z..., I can't think of it off the top of my head. Well he put on a take down clinic, take him down let him up and he came back to win something like 20-19. I am pretty sure that was the same day.
