Great game to watch. Awesome seeing Brady choke in the clutch for once.

Don’t know if I’d say he choked. The strip fumble was a great defensive play and there’s not much he could do from his own 10 yard line with no timeouts needing a td in 50 seconds.

That being said, fuck brady and fuck the pats.

It's hard to say he choked when he threw for 505 yards and 3 TDs.

Also snubbed Foles after the game.

Maybe it is just me, but I typically don't GAF about shit like this.

Doesn't really bother me either and not surprised Brady would skip out after losing to a backup QB.

Look, maybe Brady got victimized by a great defensive play in a situation where it would have taken a miracle to pull off a win and maybe he had a really great game beforehand, but I was good and drunk last night and my drunk self says he choked in the clutch and I'M STICKING TO THAT!!!

the lack of defense lost them the game, not Brady

Criticizing Brady here is similar to someone criticizing LeBron for scoring 50 in a game 7 loss....or Tiger shooting a 63 in the Final Round only to lose to a guy that shot a 62.

Laley what was up with the Madden 04 pictures of the players?

God those were terrible. Nobody onsite wanted to use them, but NBC paid a lot of money for Ross Virtual (the vendor who provides those graphics), so they had to use them. Fred Gaudelli, the Producer, didn’t like them much at all so he cut off of them pretty quickly each time.

i've seen that penalty called a lot in college football so it stuck out when they lined up. i saw that pic on twitter shortly afterward.

there were a bunch of replies from people saying the formation was legal because the receiver at the top checked with the official pre-snap. i don't know what the exact rules are in NFL, but the outcome of that "check" is irrelevant -- the receiver is clearly not on the LOS. if the ref OK'd his alignment, he was mistaken.

I was thinking about that today. ....the WR can signal to the ref to ask if he on the LOS.  If he says yes then it's a moot point but yeah as they Stand be was not on the LOS.   In all honestly unless the alignment mislead the defense to whom was eligible....and they thought Foles was not eligible then that woulda been a problem but how they were aligned Foles woild be an eligible receiver

This is a huge monkey in the room. Have to think he would've done a better job covering Jeffrey on that bomb he caught for a TD. When asked about it in the postgame presser, Matt Patricia just gave a non-answer. There has to be much more than this. The guy played 17 out of 18 regular season games and is a pretty good corner. Patricia throws out the "we wanted to put the best personnel out on the field according to matchups" bs? Butler not playing may have been the difference in the game.

Hats off to Doug Pederson. Looked like he outcoached the Hoodie and was super aggressive.

So much for the "defense wins championships" bullshit.

Think I read he played over 95 percent of the snaps this year......   coaching erroron their part as the defense lost this game.   They say it wasn't punishment but I dont believe kt,    wanna punish a guy the  sit him a bit but to put the SB in jeopardy?

Nah, the defense lost it,    the retarded reverse on the KO really put him in an almost impossible spot

He showed up a day late to Minnesota, was sick and missed a practice or so and was late to a practice.

He played 98% of the snaps this season

To me, this is being overly arrogant/thinking you're the smartest guy in the room. Eric Mangini, who came from the Belichick tree, had that same mentality in Cleveland. Think you can win with just anyone because your "system" is just so good. Came back to bite the Hoodie in the ass this time. I even saw on Twitter where a former player criticized Belichick for not playing Butler and a current player (Hightower) actually liked the post. So it seems like some of the current players don't all think that everything Belichick touches turns to gold.
