What a game. What. A. Game. The end of an era for TB12?
On a side note....if you are Wentz, how do you really feel? You are a huge part but get hurt late. You win and are happy...but not being a part of the the stretch run and Sb.....has to really suck
Yeah really sucks to watch your team win a SB. Derpppppp

Overall a great game. The sad thing is that Eli Manning upstaged Tom Brady and never set foot on the field

I don’t know the rule on sets but looks to be illegal.
Regardless Eagles earned it....great play call and set up fooled everyone including the refs
there has to be seven people on the line of scrimmage. the receiver at the top should've stepped forward to the line. it's not really a competitive advantage, but rules are rules.

Good catch. Illegal formation and 5 yard penalty shoild have been called and likely a FG attempt.
Need at least 7 on the LOS. Technically as they were lined up the RT would be eligible receiver being the last guy on the LOS, but would need to notify the ref and then he woild audible it for everyone to hear.
Did you catch that or hear someone else being it up?
i've seen that penalty called a lot in college football so it stuck out when they lined up. i saw that pic on twitter shortly afterward.
there were a bunch of replies from people saying the formation was legal because the receiver at the top checked with the official pre-snap. i don't know what the exact rules are in NFL, but the outcome of that "check" is irrelevant -- the receiver is clearly not on the LOS. if the ref OK'd his alignment, he was mistaken.
