I love it. If he returns healthy they’ll easily be one of the best teams ever. It’s literally an entire starting lineup of all stars, three of which were starters last year

The NBA has become a circus act—to hell with these fricking bozos.

Some way...some how, the Warriors will NOT win it all in 2018-19

Book it.

This might be the dumbest post in this thread.  Any fan in the NBA outside of GSW should not be happy about this.  Especially casual fans.   If max players are now taking pay cuts to play on super teams it is not a good sign for the NBA.  The next CBA isn't until 2023, but you have to assume the owners won't be pussies this time around.

Boogie had no offers. What was he supposed to do, not play? The only blame here is on the other owners.

I love it because this should be the push needed for a hard cap. It’s absolutely stupid the way the NBA has become where you can basically draft a few stars and keep them for a long time. You can’t have a system where a team can stack a roster in a sport where only 5 guys play a considerable amount of time.

I will say Golden State is probably my favorite basketball team of all time to watch. Kerr built the perfect system, they’re all unselfish and commit on defense. But yeah these guys if Boogie can get healthy is going to own

Yeah, coming off an Achilles, there's no guarantee he's going to make a huge impact. If he bounces back to his previous levels, just hand the O'Brien to the Warriors again.

This would be a great point if the CBA was coming up in a year or so, but it that won't happen until 2023.  Unless the owners take a stand and lock it out, I doubt we will see a hard cap until 2023.

I guess to be fair this is a perfect time to start tanking and planning for 5 years.  If Lebron stayed and even recruited a star or two, they still wouldn't have had a chance.  Almost makes me feel a little better about Lebron leaving.

The Cavs better actually tank this season though. They lose their first round pick if they finish outside of the top 10. Would make no sense to try and fight hard for a playoff spot only to either just miss the playoffs or lose in the playoffs early...and then lose our first round pick.

Get SOMETHING for Love, Tristan, JR, and anyone else. And aim for the top pick and start the rebuild.

Yeah it’s goong to fail the team that was going to win in 2019 anyway without cousins. This is a no risk move for GSW. Another dumb ass post by classy.

Classy, the Detroit “fan,” who also happens to be obsessed with GSW.

I already mentioned that. As like_that mentioned, also a low risk move. If he balls out, he gets a ring and likely a max contract with the team he moves on to.

Dwight Howard is signing with the Wizards. Looks like they got their Gortat replacement.
