First game was a good one. 

Question: is Jokic the best center in the NBA? I’d say yes. 

I’ll sign up for 7 games of Murray and Mitchell going at each other. That was awesome. 

Jokic is special. His ability to handle the ball so well at his size is what sets him apart. 

Does Conley have any chance at being back for this? He left for the birth of his child. Murray was roasting Ingles down the stretch. 

If Embiid wasn’t so weird sometimes he could be in the conversation. Hard to argue against Jokic. 

I’m a fan of these 1pm til midnight game schedule. 

They said he’s being tested daily while away, so he only has a 4 day quarantine whenever he comes back. I think he could be back for game 3 if he showed up in Orlando today. Something alone those lines is what they reported early on the game.

So Marcus Morris acts like a tool and messes with Doncic, Porzingis comes over to break it up and gets the technical (his second) and is ejected. Cool.

I’m not either. Although Mavs are terrible at close games. But with Zinger, I wouldn’t have been shocked by a Mavs 10+ point win. They were cooking.

In one of those WHAT A SHOCK!!!! moments, it came out that the whole dispute between the random Golden State fan cop and Toronto's president of operations about shoving after the Raptors beat Golden State was all orchestrated by the cop being an asshole.

Yeah, he seemed to use the whole "need to play your way into the postseason" thing as an excuse to enter god mode. He stays like this and it'll be fun watching the Lakers go crashing down.

No traveling and home court has made this more interesting. Lakers, Bucks, Clippers all trailing or tied up so far. Clippers arguably could be down two games. Toronto has looked solid so far. 

I like Dallas in that series. I just don’t think the Clippers are THAT good.

They are a solid team, with a great coach. But Jimmy Butler is not good enough to win a title as the best player.

We’ll see. Maybe the Bucks dust them up next round, which speaking of, is looking pretty good. Raptors - Celtics and Bucks - Heat. Lakers - Rockets would also be good.
