Luka is fucking insane. What a game and a shot.
Paul George has been miserable.
Why didn’t they have Kawhi guarding Doncic?

He was. Luka got a screen and Kawhi switched instead of fighting through.

Ah. I just saw the clip on Twitter, didn’t show the screen.
Brett Brown fired by 76ers.
Houston is a miserable watch.
Playoff P finally showed up. Lillard out tomorrow should take care of the Blazers.

I don’t think it was gonna matter lol.

Correct. The Lakers and Clippers will be boycotting the rest of the season.
Other teams seem like they’ll continue playing but who knows.
posted by friendfromlowryThey voted to continue. But if LeBron is out, they are all out. I think the Owners will have something tomorrow. Cuban, Balmer, will come up with an actionable plan and put the money down for it.Correct. The Lakers and Clippers will be boycotting the rest of the season.

I used to be a very big NBA fan, but it is becoming very hard to care anymore. It is sad to see what the modern athlete is doing. I go back to the days of Dr. J when the finals were on tape delay. He, along with Bird and Magic built the league into something special. Jordan and the Dream Team took the NBA game international. Now the ball is handed to LeBron, but the entitled chosen one is threatening to take his ball and go home. Good riddance.
lol....get off my lawn!
That might be the worst post in the history of this forum.
Yeah, hard to fault Lebron here. Year 17 or whatever it is, probably one of his last shots at winning a title as there’s no guarantee AD is back next season. But he’s willing to give it up for what he believes in.

If he doesn't want to play basketball any longer, he can retire at the end of season. To walk out after signing a contract is wrong. Isn't this same guy who said that China is good with human rights?
posted by friendfromlowryUpdate: probably not.Could the Miami Heat win the title? They might be the best three point shooting team there.
Steven A. Smith is reporting that LeBron is upset with the Bucks because they didn't consult him before boycotting their game.

Yep, apparently Uigher and HK rights are not relevant

Lol fuck off, dude. What are you doing for China? For the US?
Should we start listing Lebron's off the court accomplishments? Kevin Love's? Dozens of other NBA, MLB, NFL players?
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you own clothing and electronics and other goods made in China. There's a strong chance you're posting from one. So do you actually care about China? I'm guessing you don't. Your China talk seems super disingenuous.
Unlike most people who do absolutely nothing to help people (i.e. people who march to take a selfie and post on Instagram or just virtue signal on social media in general), LeBron has done a lot to help many people. I will never hate on that. He is living proof the individual can do more to help people than the Government ever will. The amount of kids he is sending to college is incredible. You can sports hate him and completely disagree with most of what he says, but you can't deny as a person he has put his money and actions where his mouth is.
The NBA in general though, have proven they are full of shit and hypocritical. If you're going to go all in being being righteous about human rights, but then try to silence a GM and fans regarding China, you are 100% full of shit. The difference between the two is one will affect their bottom line and the other will not. Let's not get it mixed up. The irony is, China hates black people. They turn them down at businesses all the time simply for being black. Money talks, and thus why China has a large say in what the NBA does, and why Silver will listen to them.

LOL
The NBA should’ve taken a harder stance on China, but criticizing a protest because they didn’t do enough during another protest is pretty dumb.
They are getting shit done in a big way for what they believe right now.
