Xavier completes the Cincy daily double by coughing up a 12 point lead and loses by 5.
posted by MulvaTournament has matched the regular season so far. Just average teams everywhere.
Bad basketball all around. Bad coaching, poor shooting, terrible officiating.
I’m done with this tournament.
Not that it would have made a difference, but should have been a tech on FSU with about 3 seconds left
This final four is shaping up to be lowest rated ever. This tournament sucks. Cinderella is fun for a game or 2. But not the entire bracket.

It was obviously a wide open tournament. Some of the games have been great, while others have been awful. So pretty typical.
And obviously all the upstarts will probably get blown-out in the S16, as is par for the course. But aside from UK and KU....and Duke and Kansas.....it's going to be a team we don't normally see here. I think that's awesome.
Then you got Purdue, Michigan and Gonzaga - "bridesmaids". Most of the rest, excluding Nova, are never-weres.
Awesome tourney, from that perspective. But I'll agree the basketball has not been good.
Have to crunch the numbers, but I think I can still win my pool...because points are tied to seeding and I have A&M on a run and Purdue winning it all.
So I have at least one more day of high drama.
God the combination of one and done and the transfer rules are ruining this tourney. As was said earlier, there’s literally been too many upsets. The thing about a George Mason type story was they went through some talented teams en route to the Final Four. Kentucky may make the final four without playing a seed higher than 7th for Christ sakes
I picked Mich St to win it all two years ago. Bounced in the first round. I didn't do a bracket last year because I was annoyed. My wife talked me into doing a bracket this year for her family pool, I agreed because they had lowered it to $5 (from $10). I picked Virginia to win it all this year. I also had Mich St and Xavier in my Final Four. I'm done with traditional bracket pick 'ems.

tl;dr He’s tight.
Dang
Not surprising as this regular season saw the most unranked upsetting the top teams.
Not in horrible spot......8 of the 16, 5 of the 8 and 3 of the FF still alive.

Michigan putting on a show
This reminds me of Loyola Marymont and Bo Kimble beating the holy hell out of Michigan the year Hank Gathers died on court. (1990?)....Michiganwas defending champs

Shocking that Michigan is making all the wide open shots that Carolina missed. Even more shocking is that A&M is shooting like shit...like they have for basically the whole season other than last Sunday.
Gotta give credit to Michigan though. They are playing outstanding defense.
That Loyola Marymount/Michigan Sweet 16 game....LM scored 65 in the first half against the defending champs.
Then told them to fuck off by scoring 84 points in the 2nd half

Can’t get a defensive board
Horrible decision to let Loyola run the clock down. Horrible.
That clock at 1.4 was horse shit. Clock started way late on inbounds and never looked at that end of it but added to the runoff.
Bye bye Nevada

Especially 4 fouls short of 1 on 1
The end of game was fun
