Ernie Davis is correct! (that one goes back to the early 60’s)
Eric Turner is incorrect.
Antonio Langham
Dusty Rhodes
Did Turner not play for both or was him being a safety not count?

I think that Turner finished up in Oakland after he was with the Ravens.
cat_lover is correct!
And Al Bundy is correct about Turner.
And lol on Dusty Rhodes.
Now on this thread, feel free to add any stories you might have to share about your memories, etc.
Here are today’s two questions:
- Who led the Browns in receiving yards in their 2002 run to the playoffs?
- What kicker broke the Browns rookie scoring record in 1987, was injured warming up in a pre-season game in 1988, and spent his remaining 11 seasons kicking for Oakland and Chicago?
Quincy Morgan
Jeff Jaeger
Best guess is Quincy Morgan. I was at the game he went for like a 95 yard TD vs Cincy.
Edit: My memory is fading. It was Andre’ Davis and it was 99 yards and it was in 2004 lol. I did have the opponent right!

Even if they’re not right! LOL
Here are today’s questions:
- In 2006, what Cleveland native suffered what was eventually a career ending knee injury in his first training camp after signing a free agent deal with the Browns?
- Since joining the NFL in 1950, what is the most wins a Browns team has ever achieved in a single regular season?
LeCharles Bentley
12 (but I want to say 14)

Bentley is correct.
12 is also correct (1986)
14 was achieved in the pre-NFL days
A+ for you BlackRiver1986 FootBall!
posted by BRFThe Bentley thing still pisses me off. The rumor was that he messed his knee up in a pickup hoops game before the first day of training camp then went down in a heap on the first play of practice with the patella issue so he could collect his paycheck.Bentley is correct.

Interesting.....
Here are two questions for today:
- In 1992, what wide receiver left the Browns after 7 years to then lead the Colts in receptions and receiving yards?
- Despite rushing for only 762 yards in his Browns career, who left the team as its career leader in fumbles?
Reggie Langhorne
