Yeah, Hue is not good. I get not wanting to change HC’s every few years like we’ve gotten accustomed to. But that doesn’t mean you keep a shitty coach just to avoid constant turnover. What happens when we actually get a QB and a decent team around him? We’ll finally have talent but will continue to lose games because of Hue.

As I've said before, they weren't good but I think even Chudzinski and Pettine could've found more wins with this roster than Hue.

If they draft Rosen (no thanks on Mayfield, not a huge Rosen fan either) #1 overall, Kizer is either released or traded. He won't be on the roster. If they go QB @ #1, they will bring in a vet (Alex Smith, Tyrod Taylor, etc) on a short deal and Kizer will be the odd man out.

On a side note, still believe Cl-Hue-less Jackson will NOT be the HC in 2018. Still staying with my prediction that he's HC of the Bengals in 2018. Supposedly, Mike Brown "covets" him. Only the Bengals would WANT a 1-28 head coach. Local stations already talking about draft pick compensation (from Cincy) to let Jackson out of his contract.

Name a QB you do like? LOL

And Kizer will be here. You're wrong on that. Just like when you were QQing about Gordon, it doesn't make sense to cut bait on Kizer. For what?

Interesting stat from our very smart OC:

Browns only ran the ball four times after taking the lead 7-3 today. They threw it 25 times after taking said lead.

Seriously? I can't believe you're asking this question. If they bring in a vet, that guy is going to be the starter. If they draft a QB #, with the addition of the vet, the #1 pick is the QB in waiting. Kizer has already a significant amount of time starting for this team and is going to think he should be the starter, or can start somewhere. Don't need that in the locker room.

Yeah, and it wasn't like Crowell busted off a 50+ yard run or anything. They keep pounding the rock and eventually the defense is going to have a crack and he's probably busting another decent run. Cl-Hue-less is just bad.

This is the most sensitive organization around. My understanding is that they do this to everyone (block them) that says anything unfavorable about the team.

Oh yeah, and Hue may go back to Kevin Hogan this week against the Bears.

Kizer is awful, so who cares if he’s starting anymore. He’s not in the future and we’re about to pick #1 overall and take an actual QB.

Kizer named starter for next week. I also don't care who starts

I just want them to pull a win out of their asses against Chicago. I hate to see any Cleveland team be THIS bad and a win won't mess with their draft position.

It could mess with the pick from the Texans depending upon how everything else plays out.

Former K Roberto Aguayo worked out for the today along with TE Gavin Escobar, QB Stephen Morris, P Jeff Locke and 4 other players.

I dont get any of those.

Well, yes...when you have a number set-up for real stadium emergencies and people text jokes they are going to block them.

I think they are hilarious (and McNeil, @reflog on Twitter had some amazing screenshots this week) but it is not an indictment on the organization because those numbers get blocked. Get real.

In this dream scenario i trade down the #2 pick one spot to gain another first round pick.

Yeah, I'm sure there will be a few teams wanting a QB at #2. Depending on the how badly they covet that QB, might be able to get two #1's.

Dream scenario,

We have #1 and #2 pick, trade Hue Jackson to the bengals for their 1st round pick. Hire a young offensive minded coach who's playsheet doesn't come out of his ass (like Nagy from the KC Chiefs), keep GW but tell him to knock off the off coverage, no press, Peppers playing from Lake Erie nonsense.

Fire Chris Tabor as well. Fuck he sucks.

92.3 had Dorsey on for an interview yesterday and asked him about his "no real players" comment. He essentially said he didn't mean they didn't have ANY decent players on the team. I get the feeling he meant they don't currently have any game changing/difference makers.

They also tried to pin him down on whether he'd prefer to select his own head coach and he kept responding something to the effect of "management has made their decision on the head coach."

Earlier in the day, the morning crew had Dave Lapham (former Bengals O-Lineman, currently works for their radio team and is a HUGE "Bengals can do no wrong" honk/homer) and Lapham hung up on them. The one host, Carman, was trying to tell Lapham that AJ McCarron wasn't worth a 2nd & a 3rd and Lapham's take was pretty much "you should've made the trade because Hue likes him and he's better than what you have now." Carman responded and Lapham hung up. LOL

I don't WANT "better than what you have now." Hundley & Brissett are "better than what they have now" and I don't want that garbage. I don't think the fans want a QB whose ceiling is 6-7 wins.

So what are the thoughts on this planned 0-16 "parade" they are planning on having in downtown Cleveland if they lose out?

For some reason the multi quote feature isn't working for me, so a double post is coming.  Lapham is a fucking idiot.  Yeah, let's trade a 2nd & 3rd for a former 5th round pick, that can't beat out Andy Dalton.  Meanwhile the 49ers traded a 2nd round pick for a a guy that is looking like a future franchise QB already.  I said it at the time it happened.  We shouldn't have been pissed that the trade was botched, we all should have been pissed that our FO actually thought AJ was worth a fucking 2nd and 3rd round pick.  GTFO.

100% dumb.  It will just be more fapping material for ESPN and other media sources to pile on Cleveland.  The parade will accomplish nothing.  I am pretty sure Haslam, the FO, coaching staff, and players are well aware that nobdy is happy with them.
