What does your daily commute to work look like? Do you drive yourself, carpool, take public transit? How long does it take? What are you listening to in your car or doing on the bus/train?

My drive in is roughly 20 minutes each way, unless there is an accident. Then we're looking at an hour. On most days I park a mile or so from the office (free) and walk in. It's cheap and I get some built in exercise every day (significant elevation changes are helpful). I'm typically listening to an audiobook in the car and while I walk. I used to listen to podcasts, but I kinda lost interest in them a couple years ago. 

An hour and 15 minutes each way. Drive myself and am listening to either Octane, Ozzy's Boneyard, Hair Nation, Liquid Metal or Turbo on Sirius XM.

I work from home. Back when I had a commute, it was about 20-25 minutes and I'd listen to Sirius.

8 mile drive but can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes depending on school in session, traffic, etc. Usually just listen to country music on the radio but lately have been listening to the Dale Jr podcast on the drive. 

About 20 minutes both ways, half of that is back country roads. One or two days a week I work from home so that's not even an issue for that. 
I usually listen to the local talk radio show in the mornings and then on my way home I'm channel surfing on Sirius.

In the morning about an hour and in the evening an hour and 15 minutes. It is about a 50 mile each way trek, but is largely highways or free flowing 2 lane roads through scenic Northern VA/ western MD up and down Route 15 Point of Rocks. (I used to drive the DC beltway and hated life. My commute now is so much better.) 

I usually listen to podcasts or BBC News. Sometimes in the evening drives I'll throw it on the XM radio of bluesville, octane, alt nation, turbo, or old school hip hop. 

If I am not working from home it's about 20-25 minutes heading into work in the early morning (reverse commute from DC).  It's about 40-60 minutes on the way back into DC after work.

2.4 miles to work. 2.4 miles home. That's why my 2007 Jeep only has 47,000 miles on it.

30-35 min door to door depending if I hit the subway at the right time. NPR or sports podcasts most of the time. House/techno the rest. 

When I was teaching I was fortunate to only have a 5 minute drive. 

Anywhere from zero to 10 hours, depending on what city I’m in that weekend.

25 feet, unless I'm going to/from the airport. Then it's 30 minutes.

20 minutes each way, listen to sports radio to and from

3-4 minutes, probably. For it (and any driving I do at any time), I listen to my Spotify library.

130 miles round trip 3-4 days a week (carpool person)

1/2 mile city street, 6 1/2 mile county road, 42 miles on low travel 4 lane, 16 miles on 2 lane highway....1 hr 10 min comfortably

10 minutes out to a small farm town with nothing in it

Take casual carpool on the way into work. Takes anywhere from 15 min to 1 hour depending on traffic.

Take the Transbay bus home, incluse about a 12 min walk to the station and between 15 min - 40 min ride. Door to door can be as little 30 min or as long as 90. 8 miles on way total. Bay area's traffic is totally fucked.

I work from home. Sometimes I miss being in an office with people. Then I have to drive somewhere with traffic and I remember that working from home is one of the biggest perks. 

Walking from the bedroom to the bathroom to the coffee maker to the office next to the bedroom.

Usually in a pair of basketball shorts (or sweats in the winter) and a t-shirt.

Its about a 4 mile drive pretty much down 2 streets to my work and takes about 10 minutes. I just listen to a local radio station. 

6 mile drive in Florence, Kentucky. Could take 10 minutes, or it could take 35+ minutes. I have to commute through an industrial zone, so there's often lots of trucks, construction, and idiot drivers (because NKY).

I love the water tower in Florence. Always makes me smile when I pass it driving up to Ohio.

10 to 15 minutes both ways and I listen to sports talk or classic rock.
