Last night smoked a couple tomahawk ribeyes and reverse seared them on the Blackstone.

There were 6 of us.  4 basically ate.  We probably devouered 80% of it all.

It just looks like so much

One person eats 3-5 lbs. or crawfish.  There is just a tiny bit of meat in the tail.  We ordered 15lbs.  Ate almost all of it.  Ate 20 of 24 blue crab.  We each had a few pieces of corn and potatoes, but not much.

Dammit man, I miss my annual Crab Feast I head to every August on the Eastern Shore in Maryland. 

It got canceled this year and now I really miss some crabs, Old Bay and beer. 

Last night: Roasted Chicken with rice 

Tonight: Homemade burritoes.

Growing up one of my uncles lived in Maryland so I got hooked on steamed blue crab as a young kid.

I started doing a boil every summer here in Ohio.  I have the crabs shipped in pre-steamed with heavy old bay right to my front door.  I go with two day ground.  Live would require next day air.  May try that one year.  You are close enough for ground delivery live.

I got snacky yesterday afternoon and tore into the Ruffles bag. It didn’t dissapoint

Homemade chicken noodles...will have tonight and likely next night...and probably a lunch 

making steak sandwiches 

I'm gonna make something Italian this weekend so I can make my favorite cheesy garlic bread. Highly recommend.

Grilled pork chops marinated with Soy Vay (regular), fresh corn on the cob and small potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper oven baked.
