Good call. I was painting my garage this morning and had a little Riff Raff on loop
Spiderman into the spider verse album on repeat courtesy of my 6 year old.
Currently? My "new music release weekly" dealie on Spotify.
Clifford Brown & Max Roach CD.
New "Songs from the Road Band" album.
Lots of Beartooth lately. Chevelle, Breaking Benjamin and Three Days Grace because I'm seeing them Tuesday.
Highly Suspect has new music out on the 16th, which I'm very pumped for.
Vavaldi
Recently made a 300 song (about 16 hours) playlist on Amazon Music/Alexa to play at home and in car when not podcasting. Just been shuffling that every morning and letting it roll.
Its mostly classic rock with some late 90s/early 2000s pop/alt rock mixed in for nostalgia.
Just made a metal playlist yesterday. Pisses me off how some songs don't show up once added (Apple Music) b/c of certain copyright issues.

I honestly thought this was pretty good anyway. The music was really catchy. And the song Sunflower introduced me to Post Malone's music in a way that didn't make me want to jump out a window.
I'm listening to Joyce DiDonato in Giulio Cesare in Egitto. Her Piangero la Sorte Mia is stunningly good.
Jinjer also some old school Type O Negative, Megadeth & Slayer while lifting
Listening to more podcasts now than anything. The radio kills me and Amazon not unlimited never gets new stuff (for country). But my 18 month old has me listening to Baby Shark on the reg. Having an Amazon echo device is a terrible idea with a child.
Listening to a funk playlist on Google Play. Current track (and mood):
Listening to Justin Townes Earle's new release- Saint of Lost Causes and listening to Queen ,getting ready for their concert on the 13th. Also can't wait for the new Tool to be released in late August.

TDG, Chevelle and BB were excellent! The weather was trash, but it didn't matter at all. 😁

Frank Marino and Mahogany Rush LIVE.
I've been bumping Chance the Rapper's new album. I like it, seems to be universally hated on though.
i spent friday and monday jammin on tools catalogue. yesterday was podcasts and the new drake (some good but overall, nah). today i'm catching up on my JRE podcasts, if i have time left i'll probably go to a default playlist i've been rocking recently.

I like the majority on there. It isn't as good as his last two mixtapes, but I still think it's better than pretty much everything else from the past 6-12 months. I bought tickets to see him when he comes to Denver. I saw him at Hangout Fest a few years back and had a lot of fun.

What did you think of the single? Doesn't hit for me like some of the old stuff, but musically it's still incredible.

The first listen it was okay, every subsequent listen has been:
HAPPY TOOL DAY!
These days, it's pretty much all FFL podcasts.
