I would eliminate ALL laws that punish people involved in victimless crimes. No new laws.

Yeah. So, in spirit with the thread, it'd be this really verbose law that eliminates any number of other laws. Since the main purpose of those laws seems to be to generate revenue for law enforcement departments while punishing people for arbitrary reasons.
Sure. The 28th Amendment repeals all laws of such nature.

It would be quite a debate what actually constitutes a truly "victimless" crime. Jaywalking on an empty street. Otherwise, I got nothing.
I assume Justin was going for drugs. IMO, the buying and selling of drugs are not victimless crimes because both contribute to activities that DO cause crime. Same as speeding in some cases - operating your vehicle in a reckless manner is only a victimless crime until you hit someone.
You can only think of jaywalking on an empty street?

Not every violation ends in jail time. Just revenue generation for the state.

If I grew a few cannabis plants for personal use in Ohio and got caught would I get a felony? Just a misdemeanor? Either way, I’d get a record and owe the state a lot of money.
Who, exactly, in this scenario is the victim?

It’s 100% illegal to do that in Ohio. There are no “regs” for it. You can’t just make up an imaginary victim. I need a specific person or persons. By name. All of them.

I vote for a law establishing a completely lawless autonomous zone where people can go to settle grievances in a proper manner, such as was in the day of Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr.
Nice. Will there be a contest to name it and sponsor? "The Bloodshed Zone" brought to you by Nissan.

I do agree we should bring back dueling. And tarring and feathering.

"Taxpayers" are never victims as they are never entitled to one penny's worth of my production. Ever.

How are the dodgers fucking over taxpayers? Please elaborate. If you are meaning that the loss in revenue from monetary fines for breaking a law are somehow hurting taxpayers, then you are proving the point of laws that are generated solely to produce revenue.
By gut’s extremely bad logic the state can simply make something illegal and, boom, the taxpayers are now a victim and the law is justified.
“It’s illegal so you’re stealing from taxpayers. How is that victimless!?!?”
