What's the most miles you have/had on a vehicle?

I just went over 303k on my Accord which has been relegated as my backup vic.   Cannot get anything go it and it still gets 25mpg local and 30 highway so I'll keep it till it dies.

I've never really had a high mileage vehicle, and don't put a ton of miles on my car. My last car I had for over 3 years and barely put 20k miles on it, and that included 3 roadtrips from Cincinnati to Northern Minnesota. The most I remember a car I was driving having was when I hit 160k in my 1989 Civic hatchback back in college. It's still on the road today, not sure how many miles it has on it but I know it's well north of 200k.

5 vehicles in the fam right now, ranging from 115k - 190k miles .......... hoping to get another 16 months out of them, at least.

My 99 Camry had over 200k when it died in 2012.

I don't drive very much, either. I've put about 23,000 miles on my current car since September of 2015.

My last two Foci (plural of Focus) I finished up with 225k and 250k miles. The last one at 250k still would be rolling (standard transmission and ran great) but had some small accident and the insurance totaled it (radiator got piered). I definitely would have got that one to over 300k. Literally nothing was wrong with it.

Current Focus is at about 115k, probably won't make it to 175k, it is starting to have issues.

I have only owned 1 car, and I got it in 2003 and sold it in 2009. It was an 02 Cavalier and had 73k miles on it when I sold it.

2002 Dodge Dakota with 195,000 miles.  I bought  it 13 years ago with 39,000 mile on it.  Now that I'm retired, I'm only putting about 2500-3000 miles per year on it.  Bit of a gas hog, but it's been free and clear for quite a few years, and it's handy to have.

I have 280k on my 04 F150. She’s looking rough though. Wife is pressuring me to get a new one, but I can’t justify it until it finally gives up. It only gets about 10mpg now a days though. It was about 14 at its peak.

I drove an 88 Accord until 2001 and put 285,000 on it....then sold it for $1200

Currently have a 2005 Accord and it’s still my car. Has 219,000 miles on it. Just had spark plugs changed for the first time lol. The shop told me I pushed it a bit. I’m hoping it last until we pay off my wife’s new Accord. I would like two more years but might not be reasonable as far as I drive to work (65 miles on way)....but recently put 508 miles on one tank of gas so the mileage is still excellent

Have a 2005 Jeep Liberty with over 220k on it currently. Only use it for local travel now. Will ride that sucker out until it croaks.

Last car was a Jeep Grand Cherokee...had 200k+. Was a 1999 and lasted until 2014. At that point I bought a Ford Focus and have 22k in it in 3+ (almost 4) years. I guess you could say the change in jobs has reduced my driving lol.

I had an 83 Ford Thunderbird.  It had 256,000 on it when I sold it for $500. The guy drove it back and forth from Nelsonville to Columbus everyday for work.   I know he was still driving it a year after I sold it to him.   It had to be over 300,000.

I just sold (scrapped basically) a 2003 civic with 198k miles on it. I gave it to my daughter to drive 4 years ago and she was pretty hard on it. The passenger rear fender was held on by duct tape and the interior was coming apart.

My truck has 105k and i expect it to run for a long long time. (I work from home for the past 2 years so i barely put any miles on it now)

I don't have a high mileage story. I have a 1 year old Tacoma with 6k miles on it. I live 8 miles away from work and don't drive it much. Had I not drove it 4 hours away once it would have even less. Hoping it lasts at least 10 years

The last 2 VW Jetta’s I owned had 275,000 and 248,000 when I traded them in. My current Jetta 2015 has 110,000 miles on it. VW reliability for me has been incredible!!!

I sold my 250k-mile 2001 Camry to a family friend with a 16 year old last year. Haven’t heard of any problems from them since then.
