Sadly, that apparently did happen. Been a while since I got into that stuff, but he was huge when I was and, man, if I knew the formula to channel being that effortlessly cool like he did for many years...man, charisma off the charts simply due to going from "random mid-card guy" to hitting the WWF/E and becoming a Scarface cosplayer and then evolving that.

I’m pretty sure he got rolled up in one of their mass layoffs over the years, but I think they ended up bringing him back in a different/cheaper capacity after that too
