bwcomet89I'm rooting for Whitmer to win this one, but St. Edwards' schedule and margin of victory is mindblowing to say the least! Good luck Panthers from Genoa.

skankGo Whitmer.

coyotes22I see another 40+ point game for St. Ed.
But, this also reminds me of the 2005 St. Ed team.
Undefeated going into week 14,,,,,,,,, And we all know what happened at the Rubber Bowl in that week. -
ts1227Game is being played at Paul Brown Tiger Stadium

I see a shootout as St Eds defense is fair but Whitmer have seen alot better.Whitmer has also put up alot of points on great teams and I believe this may come down to who has the ball last.Whitmer is a huge underdog and would love to shock the nation. -
Gr8oneWe are very similar to Mentor, which St Eds played twice, with better stats by Whitmer, and those games were closer high scoring games
-
Bigred1995This game will be close for the first 1.5 minutes, then St. Ed will blow the game wide open, St. Ed by 4 TD's!

you're delusional, pal--similar to Mentor? how??Gr8one;569401 wrote:We are very similar to Mentor, which St Eds played twice, with better stats by Whitmer, and those games were closer high scoring games -
ThinthickbigredWhat does Whitmer have this year?
Do they have a chance to stay with this team ... -

A football team, that is playing in week 14. Must be something. -
Be NiceGo Whitmer.
On a side note who was St. Ed's new recruits this year? Anyone from out of state or just from area schools? -
Gr8oneWhitmer loves being a huge underdog, all the bettter. If we happpen to lose it was expected.ALL THE PRESSURSE IS ON ST EDS.We have the speed and athletes to stay with anybody. Our defense should has been playing great and our Offense will show you some speed and an all around offense that will make plays that will have the defense on their heels. This is going to be a great game.

The same Whitmer offense who didn't score untill they got the ball on a short field in the fourth quarter last night? You're delusional bud, Ed's is a college team almost. -
Be Nice^^^and I wonder why they are almost a college team. lol
-
skankAnother classic David vs Goliath matchup, but isn't it usually that way this time of year?
Why is it that when the OHSAA playoffs start, and you hear the "David vs Goliath" mantra, it's never usually the public school being cast as Goliath?
I'll give ya 97 with McKinley and 04 with Colerain, but after that, no others. -

Gr8one in all seriousness I know that you are a huge Whitmer fan and trust me I want Whitmer to win as well. But there is no way they beat St. Edwards. The Whitmer offense was shut down by St. Johns and defensively Kent Kern ran all over you guys. If you can't stop Kern and SJJ offensive line Ed's will have a field day. That 3 man defensive front will get pushed around. -

Not this crap again.... -
JungleJimLet St Eds believe it will be cake-walk. That will just work to the advantage of Whitmer. Please keep convincing St Eds that they have nothing to worry about
None of the 4 teams made it this far by chance. Anything can happen in high school football.... -
rmolin73I highly doubt St. Edwards is thinking this nor do I believe any of their kids are reading anything that we are saying lol

The worst game they played in the playoffs and yet they still found a way to win.I believe there may be some changes to the 3 man front as some kids may be playing both ways which we have not done all season.Changes to the offense also.
Secondly saying a team cannot beat someone is loser talk. -
rmolin73Then I guess multiple people are engaging in this loser talk

That was a rhetorical question......I know they have a chance.. I wanted to stir a response ...Not from you though...
Good luck Whitmer I hope you do it ... -
Gr8oneThe scuttlebutt is that Whitmer may be putting Wormley and Hayes on offense and Reaper on defense. These are probably the 3 best players on the team and can all play both ways.Got to do whatever it takes and put your best athletes on the field.
