    I talked to a guy at work yesterday whose son is a football player at Moeller. He's pretty damn good, and he has another son that will be a frosh next year. The guy said he is looking to rent an apartment in a neighboring school district to "establish residence" so that his kids can go to that public school because he can't afford the $10,000 a year (per child) tuition that he will have to pay next year at Moeller. He said the $400/month he has to pay for a small apartment inside the school district will be much cheaper in the long run than the tuition payments.

    Interesting...I thought you and skank said that the football players at Moeller go for free? Weird.

    First of all, anybody can use the, "I talked to a guy, who knows a guy, who's mom used to date his best friends cousins friends dad", secondly, it's not unusual for the big parochials to have in excess of 100 kids on their roster, one would have to be quite a tool to think that EVERY kid recieves an athletic scholarship. Or rather, one would have to be a tool to think that OTHERS think EVERY kid recieves an athletic scholarship.

    Btw, your, "co workers" kid couldn't be THAT good or Moeller wouldn't let him go.

    Anyway....I call BS.

    Has, "that public school", contacted, "your friend", or is he looking to, "establish residence", of his own free will?

    I don't care if you believe me or not. Just found it an interesting anecdote and completely opposite what you have been saying all this time.

    And the school did not seek out the player or his parent. However, when the guy talked to the coach at the school, the coach suggested renting the apartment. So even if the school did not seek out the kid, this would be a really big no-no with the OHSAA.

    But go ahead and call, BS. You and thick can just keep throwing out blanket accusations and believe that. I don't really give a fuck.
