Hell, I'm surprised some of you aren't in the NFL with your credentials or maybe there was a reason why you didn't succeed or go to the next level. Maybe you guys weren't worth shit and got out while the gett'in was good. Or wasn't asked back or got bad marks etc, etc, etc.
Yep on that particular video that a high school coach sent in every call was correct. That's why it was funny. I Never said that official's never make mistakes, we make lots of them. I also know you have no clue what you are talking about -

I thought you were a coach? Are you J.K.? -
luckydogBeen watching HS Football for along time and have seen both good and bad. Personally I wouldn't want their job, but if I did I may put a little more effort in paying attention to the game in front of me.

ernest_t_bassFootball - 5 guys, 22 players, sidelines, clock
Basketball - 3 guys, 10 players, coaches, clock, tighter atmosphere
Baseball - 2 guys, 14 players (with bases loaded and a guy on deck)
Soccer - I have no clue
(all at the HS Varsity level) In every situation, the refs are outnumbered as far as things to watch. There are more things to watch then there are referees. Yep, we make plenty of mistakes... they're bound to happen. -
xnds1fanSomething else most people from the stands doesn't understand is the closer an "infraction" happens to an official, especially if it's in their peripheral vision. The harder it is to notice.
