Furthermore, would you call someone, wether an oposing coach or a fan, who got in a coaches face classy? I'll await your answer as if I care.

First of all, look at the third to last post when you criticize my punctuation. Then you misspell a couple of words. Real genius skanky

You Massillon fans have yourselves in a dilemma. First, coyote says it was in the paper, people on here have read the 2 local papers and said it wasn't in there. I, as well as others on here, have read the online versions, and there's nothing in there.

Then skanky contradicts himself and says it never happened (fans storming the field)

Finally skanky, I never said I was at the game, but yet you said I was and called me a liar, when in fact, you and your buddies are the ones not in touch with the truth

That's the CLASSLESS thing about you!!!!

I see lying comes easy in Massillon. What a bunch of shameless folks.
  • GoChiefs
LMAO @ Paladin having the nerve to call ANYONE else shameless!

As a matter of fact, watching the Browns Steelers game several minutes ago, I heard 'Crazy Train' blaring across the PA system and wondered if the Steelers were playing it, or if Steubenville had a game today, and you could just hear it fromk there. LOL.
  • skank
Yeah, I guess I got that wrong, I think it was Palidin who 'claimed' he was at the game. I'll be honest with you though, if I don't look closely, I can't tell you two apart, one stupid comment after another.

Again....Yada, Yada, Yada....You seem to want to challenge Coyote and his words about 'the fans', yet, one of you, (Pal or Roc), claim that Warren was lined up for the hand shake. Well, it looks like if Coyote is a liar, he's got some work to do to catch up to you.

As far as me being classless, I guess that's my fault, if I had been a better football player myself years ago, maybe a parochial school would have recr....er, I mean, offered me an opportunity to become a better person. But my lacking football skills killed THAT dream for me.

It does come quite easy fo us. As a matter of fact, I remember one game where the opposing team was lined up for a handshake....Oops, sorry, that's YOUR story.

By the way, Harrison is the dirtiest player in history of the league and needs to be banned from the league forever.

Faith? Is that what parochial schools put in their coaches ability to "draw" neighboring kids in?

Yep I hear you They do play that on kickoffs at Hienz nothing like it . I have my terrible towl handy . Massillon is like the Steeler nation when it comes to fans ."I am a huge Steeler fan" I love it when we play elswhere and we outnumber the opposition .I love seeing them towls wave . Being at a Pittsburgh game is special as well . I love when we have huge games at Harding its fun and I look forward to next year .

We public schools need to do a better job at getting talent in . We cant just go out and openly recruit like private schools can without impunity . If we could I suspect Massillon would have 32 titles ,we would have more maybe as well I know the dead horse photo is comming . Im not making excuses if I were a parochiol power and I had the green light Id do the same thing . The misnomer is that with open enrollment uneducated people assume that publics have an equal shot at building a power . Its just not the case. Certain parochiols can recruit like colleges do . Its a double standard . I know when a kid transfers from a public school to another public school several times the fans from district that loses a kid raises a stink . I see it all the time ,but when a parochiol school gets all the city schools kids that they can get and from several districts nothing at all can be said other than us older guys blogging about it . I see public schools trying to get other public schools in troubble alot . I know several years ago Big Red had to forfiet a game which was a blowout because a kid who transfered from Indian Creek got in the last minute of the game and they found paperwork was messed up "red Tape" The game was against Ashtabula Lakeside but a person from Indian Creek dropped a dime on this because they had knowledge of a mistake . It put Lakeside in the playoffs that year and took another team pout of the playoffs

I remember the 05' DeSales coach/team being a class act. After losing in the Championship game he held his team on their sideline and waited till we were done celebrating then they lined up to shake hands. Then after they we done accepting the Runner-Up trophy they took a knee off to the side and watched us accept our State trophy and the whole team clapped.

I remember I also remember he did it so his team would remember how it felt to be on the losing end of that deal . It wasnt just classy it was smart . Teams like that dont only get alot og good city school talent they also pay for the best coaching staffs in Ohio
  • skank
That's nice and all admiral, but Steubenville and DeSales don't have the history, again, sometimes violent, that Massillon Warren do. Coach Hall made a good decision, and I thank him for it.

Remember, after the 89 game, we didn't play again until 02, all because of bad feelings between the two. Coach Hall gets it, he understands the history of Massillon and their opponents.

Maybe if you were a better football player , you would have actually won a State Championship at Paul Brown like so many of my parochial brothers have. REAL CHAMPIONSHIPS, won on the field, not in the newspapers 40 years ago or more

    But, I digress

Kind a tough these days with the certain unnamed schools drawing kids to their parochial schools from, not only around their county, but also neighboring counties....and in some cases....from several different states. But I don't have to tell you now do I? How is Mooney doing this year btw?

On a serious note here, let me ask you this. When Mooney wins a State Championship, do they do like the NHL does with the Stanley Cup, and let each player have the Trophy for a week to take back to their hometowns? I'm quite sure the people in all the other cities and counties would love to see it. But....I wouldn't let the kids from out of state take part....It IS the OHIO trophy.

Ursulin has been stepping up its game . The Irish must be taking back some of the old neighborhoods. The old "Westies " as called in NYC . Man I love them gangster movies . Ever see "State of Grace" .. I might go up to see Mooney vs Ursulin this week. Mooney may still get them remember this is Mooney .

Yeah, it'll be kinda like a college game wheras the winner will no doubt get the #1 recr....er, I mean have a good offseason.

It's sooooo odd having a Massollin poster complain about schools getting students from "everywhere" Look at your history

BTW Mooney's leading their Region, how's your team doing?

I have yet to see a Massollin poster on here. I have NO DOUBT that Mooney leads their region, NO DOUBT at all....Wait, we are still talking about, "getting students from everywhere" right?

    Nice Freudian slip there Cubby.
