Moot point...........Contracts have been extended at Canton and Massillon for the next several years.newarkcatholicfan wrote: Columbus. -
newarkcatholicfanI was asking where do the fans want to see it.
We all know where it sadly will be played. -
KeithKeep them in Stark County.
-
hrspeedmerchantKeep them right where they are. Stark County has great facilities and the whole issue of a "long drive" for some fans is ridiculous. This is Ohio, not a huge state like Texas or Alaska.
-
ridgerunner88Columbus is centrally located.........but at least there's no chance of a "home" game for one team if it's always played in Massillon.
-
tigerfan82I like them right where they are at !!!
-
VikingAkron (InfoCision Stadium) and Canton.
-
queencitybuckeyeSpread around the state. I know that would upset the few hundred that catch most or all of the six, but I think Ohio's championships should be played throughout Ohio.
-
KozlovLeave them in Massillion and Canton. Great atmosphere. Both towns do a great job in hosting. Would not want to see these games in Ohio Stadium with about 85,000 empty seats.

Pescara71Massillon vs Elder
Maple Hts. vs Cinn. Winton Woods
Steubenville vs. Mooney
Chagrin Falls vs. Kettering Alter
Youngs. Ursuline vs. Coldwater
Norwalk St. Paul vs. Delphos St. Johns -

Right, because the Division I championship is played at "The Drip" anyway. So no Massillon would not play for it in their own stadium.ridgerunner88 wrote: Columbus is centrally located.........but at least there's no chance of a "home" game for one team if it's always played in Massillon. -
darbypitcher22Just leave them there anyway

He's not used to his team contending for a championship! -
MessyDinosaurMary Fate Park. Plymouth, Ohio

greyjayKeep it where it is . I have been to a championship game at Ohio Stadium in the 80"s . It is way too big . The fans are not as involved as they are in a smaller venue . Just my opinion .

My schools just so happens to have the exact same number of state titles as Mass. Wash.tank2nasty wrote:

But Iggy only has 21 and after this year Massillon will have 23! -
newarkcatholicfanDid Mass. win one on the field or are these the times they were voted on?

Which makes them even more impressive ,after they win this year!ridgerunner88 wrote: Massillon was only 35 kids from dropping into D2 this year. -

Glenville and Massillon are the same size, barely D1. Davidson is the biggest left with 860 then Elder with about 700.tank2nasty wrote:

skankPlease, please, please, tell me that were all being punk'd and this isn't a REAL thread about the location of the finals.
I do like how you guys wotked Massillons championships into the conversation though, now all we need is.
#1 Massillon recruits
#2 Private Schools recruit
#3 Police dogs being present at the finals
#4 Glenville recruits
#5 The Federal League sucks.
