  This was only brought up because everytime Big Red is accused of recruiting the usual Reno tin soldiers that tow the company line fans(fwk,mow,waradmiral) say it's because of the education that they receive at Big Red. To hear them talk about it, Big Red offers more classes and better facilities than Ohio State. But yet they couldn't help this young man. Just wonder if things would've been different if this kid was a football player? RRR

  The simple fact is that Ohio has Open Enrollment, so a student and his parents can choose to send them to Big Red for the simple reason that they like the color of the tile in the art department. Nobody needs to explain anything to you or anyone else.
  
  If you don't like it, then move to West Virginia where they don't have Open Enrollment.

  You really have some reading comprehension issues don't you? Show me in the article where it states the school system "couldn't help this young man"! Like I said earlier, it appears to me that the parents and the school system simply disagreed on whether the student should be held back another year or move ahead but be placed into special education. That much is very clear from the letter, but we don't have the school systems side so it's impossible to draw any conclusions.
  Just did some research on "Pervasive Development Disorder" and found this...

  Whats your problem . Im not trolling on our own thread. Guys get on here and bring up accusations that have nothing to do with football because that is the best attack they can do . What facts do you need from me. Be glad to help if I can .
  As far as our school system which is what I remarked about . I do know that we have brand new schools . I do know that we were rated higher at an educational level than all other Jefferson county public schools. I do know we have the best athletic facilities . Nobody is perfect but to attack us this way is lame. That is just sorry. and one more thing you want to editorialize me then come on here yourself with some knowledge becuse you are no better than what you say I am .

  Who couldnt help this kid ? The football coach? You taking shots at Reno . You dont even know him . Obviously. How do you know who he would help . You think that he would only help a football player . Well that is inaccurate . Oh but I might need some sworn written statements according to Logic bomb.   You say you could poke all kinds of holes in Reno's character. I say Ill bet the same could be said about you . Holes in Big Red's program well if that means their is a local team that can find some faults in our game plans I guess we will find out .
  If you could care less about SHS football then proove it . I know you lost your High school when IC consolidated but you dont have to hate . You dont even have to participate .

  21-0 Big Red at Half . Another sellout crowd at Harding . Huge bench clearing brawl . On Brooke sideline players ejected . do not know who ,am listening to both am radio and fm radio and Ill try and catch it on TV tonight. I hope we didnt lose anybody for next week . I wish these guys would give more info on radio am . I know if this was Massillon's web site Id know exactly what happened and who was involved . Its not like it will be a secret . Its not the 50s this is the internet age. Id just like to know sooner .

  I heard from a reliable source that EIGHT kids were ejected. It must have been pretty bad, but the radio guys didn't make a big deal out of it at all.

  The second team responded with a touchdown drive of its own. We took a knee on the XP to make it 34-7.

  Cant wait to see this stuff on tv I hope they dont censor it like they do the radio . Seems to me like these officials had a bug up theyre behind . Ive seen crap like that before . Wheeling officials have theyre own crews and they do things there own way and I know they want to monopolize all the OVAC schools including Big Red but we wont let them . I wonder if they were salty because I just cant see how we can be so disciplined one week and play like 6th graders the next . if I am wrong Ill come back on here later and admit it . I will watch that game closely
