Right now, I'd say it's less than 5%. The Heat havn't failed to put a team around him. They've done what they can. They're still feeling the repercussions of selling out for a title a few years ago. Could they Heat have traded for Boozer/Amare? Sure. Would they have been true contenders with Arroyo/Alston/Chalmers at PG and Wright at SF? Hell no. Even though it killed Wade, he knows that to be truth. Truth of the matter is this-- the Heat are in a special position to really make themselves elite this year. Any moves would have killed that possibility.
