Lakers talking with bulls about Hinrich

Are you forgetting that Hinrich is a combo guard? Meaning that he plays a good bit at SG too. So he isn't always playing behind "arguably one of the best PGs in the league". What scoring option do the Bulls have other than Rose (I say with a smile). I find it kind of troubling that Hinrich doesn't score more for that very average team.

Hinrich fits the Lakers system much better than Devin does. The Lakers need PG's who can hit 3 point shots out of the Triangle offense and play good, fundamental defense.

Devin also needs the ball in his hands to be effective, something he won't always do with the Lakers because of Kobe.

Also, the Bulls have John Salmons and Luol Deng too, it's not like the team is that bad. They have been playing some really good basketball of late and I'm not sure if the Bulls are going to make a trade just to make one... I expect them to want to get better.

Hinrich and Bosh will be wearing Forum Blue here in a bit. The rest of the league will quit to get a head start on the '11 lockout that's going to happen

Forum Blue and Gold are the official colors of the Lakers.

"By the late 60's the Lakers has adopted the colors of purple and gold. And this color scheme has lasted for more than two decades. Only some modification to the numbers was made. By 1980's the font color is purple and some changes in the font style.

When it was Shaquille's time with the Lakers, the jerseys were done in mostly gold. Showing off their back-to-back championships with this color. But of course, the purple and white color is still evident. Currently, they have a white home jersey. With the 2008 season, the Lakers are still wearing their purple jerseys while they wear the white jerseys at home games."

On Harris vs Hinrich please add mins per game.

For what the Lakers need, the better move is Hinrich.

Harris>Hinrich. For the Lakers Hinrich>Harris, no doubt.

And did someone really say that Hinrich plays behind arguably one of the best PG's in the game?

the Lakers don't need another young PG. We have 2 of those in Farmar and The Canon.
the only problem with those guys is that both are horrible.

Nope. Ask any Lakers fans, Jordan Farmar could probably start for a few teams around the league.

Apparently the Lakers are talking with the Nets about Harris

    http://nbcsports.msnbc.com/id/35136473/ns/sports-player_news/

The Lakers have made an inquiry into trading for the Nets' Devin Harris, according to ESPN's Ric Bucher.

"This is far from a done deal at this point, but it's also not your garden variety rumor. There should be a good amount of buzz about this in the next few days, and it's fair to say a move to L.A. would hurt Harris' value, adding this to the fact that he's an injury risk as reasons to sell him high."

Chad Ford reporting that Harris and Andre Miller are basically out, but the Hinrich deal is "a deal that makes a lot of sense for both sides."

    Make it happen please.

Just read that Boston tried to get him in december but the Bulls wanted a quality player or draft picks.

Glad to see the Bulls are holding their ground with Hinrich and are demanding something decent in return. This team is finally starting to play a little better and I think can make the playoffs with Hinrich or a solid player through a trade.

Yeah I don't blame the Bulls. You gotta love when teams in the playoff hunt want a good player, but they don't want to give up anything of value in return.

Well its kinda weird because the bulls also want expiring contracts so they can get cap room
