congrats on the longest series streak in OC history, Crimson--I guess your username is prophetic...now let's keep in rolling all the way through the end of October...GO TRIBE!!!

Anybody score any ALDS tickets? My honey pot from last year is gone unfortunately. Only good news is that I'm not going to spend a spend a fortune this fall on tickets/hotels/ballpark beers.

Looked at the prices...they are charging at least 50% per seat face value than last year for the ALDS. The ALDS prices this year are closer to the World Series prices from last year than the Division Series last year.

We need to consider a contingency plan if the Tribe drop 2 of 3. We could clinch AL tonight and the Dodgers could clinch homefield for all of baseball tonight, too. There's a chance Saturday and Sunday don't mean much. If that happens...does Crimson just keep it rolling since the games we lost were meaningless?

    This is important.

We are season ticket holders so we got them last week. Four tickets to game one for $69/ticket. They are in the 500s behind home plate...not sure which section. But we like to stand out in right field so it doesn't really matter.

Last year we did all SRO tickets until the World Series, but that wasn't even an option when my husband bought these, so that was a little annoying.

Heading up tonight and tomorrow...Go Tribe!

Crimson is our man for the postseason thread(s). No question.

And I have tickets for every home game (well, dad does). I won't be able to make any ALDS, except maybe G5. Will be flying up for ALCS 1 & 2 if we get home field. And from there I'll have to see. Not missing WS again though, if we make it.

1 win (or Houston loss) for AL Homefield. Long shot for WS guarantee over LAD, but they are losing 7-1, and Colorado needs all these wins to close season (need to go 2-0 and 0-2 from LAD). Kershaw goes tomorrow though.

    Tribe wins 10-1
    Bats outstanding
    Bauer outstanding
101 wins is the second most in club history.
Party at Robin Ventura's, Nolan Ryan is bringing the punch
    Go Tribe

Huh, Colorado has a 2 game lead over Milwaukee for the second wild card, so (right now -- it was 2 with 3 games when you posted; 2 with 2 now) just need either 1 win or 1 Brewer loss. Am I missing something?

I just meant they won't be playing their AAA team.

The 0-2/2-0 part was Tribe vs LAD for home field.
  • Laley23
Tribe has home field through ALCS.

    We lost.

    Go Tribe.

Our Tribe is up 3-0 in the 4th.

To whichever dumb fuck (think it was jordo which doesn't count) posted about attendance, the Indians showed up. Literally a 22% increase. Not to mention TV killing it.

30,036 fans at Progressive Field this afternoon.

    2,048,138 fans this season, a 456,471 increase from last year. #Indians #MLB
