    It was Lou Marson.

Sweet Lou Marson. Would have never guessed. Didn't make it up for all of this one but great to see some of the home field magic coming back.

Cookie not looking very sharp so far--hopefully he'll get it together quickly.

...more than not sharp...his command sucks.
  • Laley23
Erik Gonzalez should stop trying to steal.

Should stop playing grab ass in the dugout all game long too, and try to learn something.

Ugh EE out at home to break up a good run. Then Jackson strikes out. Ugh

Not sure why Mills is sending EE with no outs. Calhoun has a good arm.

Agreed. Mills is usually pretty conservative over there too

Man Former Indian Valbueno has been killing it so far in this series. Cookie had a good run tho.

Valbuena loves playing us since we gave up on him.
  • iclfan2
Lol got you by 3 seconds... hopefully Shaw can minimize the damage

That was the dumbest interference call I've ever seen. Regardless, Gonzalez sucks.

    Zimmer--seriously?!?
  • Laley23
Zimmer is a stud. That was a great play by the best SS in baseball. He has to be thinking score on that play, I've got no problem being aggressive there

Not one of his better outings

Just stop--Zimmer is a talented player who has unlimited potential, but is making quite a few mental mistakes lately. He's young, and these things happen to young players, but they're still dumb mistakes. The best SS in baseball? ha
  • iclfan2
Agreed Zimmer should have kept going home.

He gave up 2 runs. I'm not that mad about it.

Yeah, Simmons is definitely the best SS in baseball. He will probably be unanimous GG.

And Zimmer is running full speed around 3rd Mills waving him, the. sinmons gets to the ball and Mills has to send Zimmer back to 3rd, but Simmons throws it immediately. Didn't have a chance. Would've been better off going home, but that's on Mills. I'm not sure another SS in MLB makes that play. Maybe Lindor cause he has about the same range and first step as Simmons, but even he isn't quite as good.

    The dive yesterday was dumb.

There we go Santana and Jackson. Jackson has been on a terror off the DL
