Love being up 2-0. Don't want to return to Cleveland, but if they do let's be up 3-2 and not the other way around...

    Go Tribe.

The More You Know.....courtesy of Hammy:

Perez is the first player in Tribe history to homer in his first play off at bat.

The last time that the Tribe won this many games in a row in the play offs was 1920.

A group of Jays fans sat behind me at the bar during the game. Made for an interesting game, and also made me lol to hear them talk about baseball.

MLB can fuck off using a 2-3-2. I hate any setup where the worse of the 2 teams has more home games at any point in a series. NBA finally pulled their head out of their asses regarding it a few years ago

2-2-1-1-1 is the ONLY way a 7 game series should be played.

Why does it seem that Cleveland (in all sports they are competitive) always play the bitchiest teams? Red Sox bitched, Jays are bitching, Hawks were bitches, Bulls were bitches, Warriors definitely were bitches, etc.
  • BRF
Right. 2-3-2 seems fair off the top of your head, but when you think about it........hmmmmmm.....not so much.

Also, the tweet I took that from was a baseball fantasy site and said "I reviewed Brooks/Fx data after first two games. The home plate ump in the first two games missed 11 calls for the Jays, 10 for Cleveland"

I would venture to guess the Jays will get more borderline calls at home...we'll see.

    2-2-1-1-1 ???

No. Just NO. the season is long enough without adding travel days to the League Championships and the World Series. Do you really want to play baseball in mid to late November? Plus it skews the rest for pitchers and changes the dynamics.

Look, if the Visitors take one of your first two home games, then you have to return to favor out of the next three if you want to win. Nothing unfair about that.

    http://www.sportsnet.ca/baseball/mlb/indians-twitter-responds-bautistas-circumstances-comment/

the Indians twitter account (who is actually a pretty fun follow) replied with the caption "circumstances" and had a picture of Miller, Kluber, Tomlin, and Allen. Thought that was pretty good.
