Browns at Seahawks Footwedge Style

  • Footwedge
Johnny Manziel will lead the forces into the den of the red hot Hawks. A different challenge indeed. Whereby JFF did in fact engineer a blowout as I predicted, he can play even better...and he will.

The play of Orchard was fun to watch. The receivers for the first time ever actually held on to Johnny's passes. Wilson threw 5 touchdown passes today and seems to have righted himself.

If the Browns play defense the way they did today, I look for the Browns to pull off the monumental upset

The Browns aren't going to Seattle and beating the Seahawks. You dumb fuck. Manzie will look like shit, the defense will look like shit, and the Browns will look like shit

Not expecting a victory here at all. A win would shock the league and I don't expect it against a team surging to the playoffs.

With that being said, what can be looked for is continued progress by Manziel. If he has a good showing, there may be something to build on.

I don't expect Seattle to be as dumb as SF and rush their end rushers as wide to keep contain on JFF, thus opening up the middle for Crowell. I hope to see Austin Pasztor continue to play well at LG as I think he was a key in the running game.

This will be a big game for Johnny. Interested to see if he can deal with the speed of the game with the Legion of Boom on the other side. They will be ready for him, how does he react.

Your comp skills are as poor as LHShemp, the resident lawyer. And I would be careful on who you call a dunbfuck...I a one of the very few here that called it right on JJF. I said if the Browns defense plays like it did yesterday, then the Browns will pull off the upset. That's huge if and I doubt that that happens. I do expect Johnny to play even better than he did yesterday. He's a special player and special athlete who is only going to get better and better. Just think how good he would be by now if Cueball didn't have such a personal agenda against him and he played all season like he should have.

It wasn't an upset. The Browns were favored. Many Browns fans expected the Browns to win yesterday.

I respevt Yerry Pluto more than any of the Cleveland sportswriters, nut he was wron on his assessment og Johnny's performance yesterday. He said it wasManziel's best game. Umm, no it wasn't. Manziel graded out with an A plus against Pittsburgh, an A minus against the Titans and I give him a B plus for yesterday. The number of points you score is only one aspect of grading a quarterback. Manziel played like God against Pittbugh,34-46, 372, no picks and 3 dropped touchdown passes. Another 7 points was negated because the ref was blind and erroneously ruled Johnny down short of the the gaol line. Yesterday, Johnnmy benefitted from a huge ground attack

We saw vintage Manziel ad libbing and picking up huge chunks of yards ala Fean Tarkenton. Nobody...including Richard Sherman can cover NFL receivers for 5-6 seconds. Nobody. As Gary Danielson said in the A&M Alabama game..."you just can't coach that". He's right...you can't coach that. That ability, and his incredibly strong and accurate arm is simply put, a lethal combination.

Bunghole, did you go to the same comp school as Shemp did? I said the Browns will spring the upset this week. Since I got you on the horn, how's that "Johnny doesn't have the skillset" working out for you?

Lulz. Damn I love this thread.

You called he would have a good game, which he did. That doesn't mean he is the future.

But then again, you thought the stadium was 95% full. So I guess you truly are a dumbfuck

From Dante Whitner post game yesterday...."He's becoming what a lot people don't want him to become and that's a true quarterback.. He's throwing the ball from the pocket, but he can also break out of there and throw the football, so I want to continue see Johnny continue to get better and I want to see him lead this offense and lead this football team. There are some people that are skeptical, some people that probably don't want to see that, but I do".

Well said bro. And the bolded part was pointed directly at the Johnny haters...so true....and yet so sad.

He's the future...better get used to it. He will be here for the next 10 years guiding this team. Either get on board or GTFO.

Are you ready make a bet on the 10 year thing?

Cueball has put himself into the proverbial catch-22 situation. The better Manziel plays, the quicker the axe will fall on his bald head. Haslam is already fuming his ass off because Manziel wasn't the starter all season. Only a blooming idiot would have had this kid rotting away on the bench.

Was listening to Dustin Faux Pas and Adam the Full of Bull today. They had a really rough day today...understandably so. Manziel continues to ruin their reputations as being sports savvy. Incredibly, they still think the Browns should use their first round draft pick on a quarterback. LOLOL.

And then a caught a few minutes of the Bruce Blew a Hooley show. This blowhard's shtick today was that Johnny is going to get hurt Sunday. Bhahahahah. It's your only hope Hooley...he of.. "Johnny has never completed a pass from the pocket fame".

Going to listen to Butt Much Bishop's show this evening for the Johnny hater trifecta. Damn life is good.

I already took a 100 from him(well 90 and some Change because he didn't know how to transfer money) so I'm sure he won't do shit

Who ever would have thought that FW is bad with money? :)

I offered a 30-day ban bet that Dallas would not offer their first round pick for Manziel in the Browns - Ravens thread -- you know, trying to get him to back up these dumb predictions he makes. He conveniently didn't respond, though.

Another hundy this Sunday....Browns are plus 14.5. I'll take JFF, the Browns and the points. You and your mouth need to put a C-note in it. Go.

Browns would not trade Manziel to Dallas for their number 1 and their number 2. They finally have their franchise quarterback...they ain't getting rid of him.

That's what you said in the Browns - Ravens thread. But wouldn't be the first time you were a moron, either.

If you want to be taken seriously, you've got to do better than this.

That's worse than Belly on a bad day.

Rumor is that Josh Gordon is licking his chops for next season. Who can blame him? Gordon will have 5-7 seconds in shaking his man. Look out record books.

Ray Orchard had a big day on Sunday. That was fun to watch. It's nice to know that the Browns don't need to waste a draft pick on a quarterback. Pecking order of needs...

    1. Running back
    2. Offensive lineman
    3 Anyone on defense.
    4. Kicker
    5. Wide receiver
    4. Wide receiver

If the Cowboys offered their number one pick for JFF, Haslam would laugh in their face. Face it dude...you and your ilk were dead wrong an Manziel. All the yappers around here were complaining about not drafting Derek frieking Carr. There is no comparison...Manziel is much better.
