I don't think so. The amount of games, minutes in those Spurs players legs is hard to believe. They are looking so old.

This whole game is karma for Ginobili taking a charge in the backcourt.

    Lakers/Kings comeback is obvious

I think the fashion they lost makes it worthy of consideration. Lost twice at home, which they lost - what, once? - all season. They had to win to save their season and were basically destroyed tonight.

I think that was Duncan's last game. Not sure about Parker or Ginobli.

This year's Spurs team was an all time great team. With GSW breaking the record, they didn't get talked about a lot. They had the best home record in history(tied) and one of the best overall records ever.

This is a huge upset. And GSW should be a little worried. OKC is a lot tougher of a matchup for them than the Spurs.

I agree, definitely an upset. If the Warriors didn't exist this year everyone would be talking about if it's possible for anyone to take down the Spurs this year.

I'm not sure if OKC is the tougher matchup for GSW with their style of play though. Hope I am wrong.

I guess I expected the Thinder to win, so I isn't view it as an upset of great proportions. And upset, yea, but not some monumental takedown. I don't even think it would be a gigantic upset for them to win the next series. But I'm also a big believer of the team with the best player wins the game, and OKC can have the best player on any given night...and they have 2 options for said player. Spurs didn't really have anyone and GSW only have Curry who can be the best.

Thunder were too young and quick for Spurs. They were a bad matchup for them. The Spurs, IMO, had a much better chance to knock out the Warriors than the thunder. The thunder were able to simply play faster than the Spurs. They won't be able to do that against the Warriors.

Thompson could drop 40 on any night. And fuckface Green can drop 30, 12, and 1 on any night. Both of those guys can be the best player on the court.

Only if Durant and Westbrook have bad games. If everyone plays at near their best, Curry is he best followed by Westbrook and Durant. And those 2 are the only ones who can be better than Curry even if Curry plays well.

As a Cavs fan, I wouldn't find much comfort in facing the Thunder in the finals over the Warriors. Westbrook is ridiculous.

    Disagree

There's been plenty of games this year where green or Thompson were the best players on the court (when curry was also playing).

    Couldn't agree more.

Thunder can beat the Warrriors. RW and Durant are a pretty strong 1-2 punch and are straight up more athletic as a team than the Spurs.

WIth that said, I'd rather play and beat the Warriors in the finals. The Cavs are playing at a level that would sweep the Warriors at this point.

Cavs matchup well against the thunder. I'd take that matchup over GSW easily.

Confidence is good, but "sweep the Warriors" made me laugh.

I just am reassured that even though Sleeper has shifted his act to be more SJW-ish, some parts of it are unchanged.

I think when I told him his act follows the same flow chart he decided to switch it up by being more like a SJW. Solid strategy sleeper, but we see right thru it!

    Fair enough. We just disagree.

How in the world did that get called a goaltend?

Officiating on point tonight, right sleeper.

Great game by the refs tonight. Blew good whistles for the most part, missing a few here and there but overall a fantastic job. I really thought they moved nicely around the court and kept the game from getting out of hand.
