Bucs at Browns

Guess it really depends on how Gordon performs when he returns and if he's here long term. If he falls off the wagon again, plays like shit or bolts in FA, Schefter is right.

I know you are not a gordon fan, but there is no argument that tweet by Schefter is just fucking stupid. It's border line trolling.

His contract isn't even up until next season, and at the worst, the Browns would tag him.

Who said I'm not a Gordon fan? I want him back on the field as much as anyone but do I think he's going to stay clean for a prolonged period of time? No. I think he would've been a difference maker between an "L" and a "W" in the first Pittsburgh & Baltimore games.

    Hey! None of this applies

Schefter went full retard, and that doesn't happen too often.

In some positive news, it sounds like Billy Winn will return this week.

He's already been clean for a prolonged period of time, hence all of the passed drug tests.

Not saying you can't be concerned about it, but the dude has shown progress.

Right. He passed 75 drug tests leading up to his "failing" this year.

The guy doesn't have a "problem". He smokes weed. It's legal in two states now. It's not like he's shooting up heroin. He's trying to stop smoking weed and quite frankly I don't give a fuck if he does or not as long as he avoids failing drug tests and plays on Sunday's.

If your chances of making tens of millions of dollars is dependent upon you not smoking weed, and you can't help yourself, you have a problem.

    Good read.

Yeah, Bitonio is playing like a seasoned vet. Thomas started out strong as a rookie (having Steinbach next to him didn't hurt), while Mack started a little slow, if I recall. Bitonio has had the benefit of being sandwiched between the both of them but I can't remember a rookie O-Lineman, in a Browns uni, making a smoother transition from college to the pros like Bitonio.

That actually was a great read, everyone should read it. Great insight into the adjustment from college to the pros.

Of course he does, it's just not a substance problem.

No. Not like Bitonio. You hardly ever hear Bitonio's name being called for a penalty. Seems like Thomas has two a week. It may seem biased, and he likely won't make it as a rook, but Bitonio would have my Pro Bowl vote.

Left tackle is much tougher than playing guard. JT made the Pro Bowl as an alternate in his rookie year. Set the bar pretty high for Bitonio.

Joe GOAThomas is so fucking awesome that he ruined Kam Wimpy's career after a monster rookie yr. Joe Thomas was a fucking beast his rookie Anyone saying otherwise is of the same brain as iqqy and buttwedge.

I forgot that people can't say anything the least negative about his sorry run blocking ass or they get chastised. LOL

Running behind the left sign in 2007 lewis avg more than middle or right side. Nice try though.
