    They showed a view that you could see it. Cutoff man got the ball a split second before the runner was at third. He more than likely would have been out lol but still better odds of Perez scoring a runner from third..

    I agree with that. As I remember, just after the ball was misplayed by the wall, it looked like Gordon was still about 30' from 3B, a lot less further along than I thought he'd be, and it looked like he was losing speed fast.

    Only took until the final out, after a 162 game season, in the world series for baseball to get interesting.

    The thing I got out of that replay is the 3B coach never left the coaching box. I would have thought he would have been down the line and waving Gordon around and forcing a throw.
