    Increasing their lead tonight

Can't believe he got thru 8 after a pretty high pitch count thru 5
  • wildcats20
    Slight delay, but BRUUUUUUUCE!!!!
  • HitsRus
He would have been knocked out in the 7th but for the bizarre play with the ball coming out of the Reds bullpen.

True....that was insane. 3rd base coach needs to see that and be yelling at the runner

    He's back!

That's a pretty God awful out call at home. Clearly safe.

    Looked safe to me

C'mon....not clearly. I had to slo mo the slo mo to tell that his hand inched on before the glove tagged his hip
  • Ironman92
    He was safe though

I like Negron and his approach
  • wildcats20
I saw it live. It was clearly safe

    That is terrible. Absolutely terrible.

    Wowwww
  • SportsAndLady

I think they got it right before and after the review!

    You're wrong.
  • mhs95_06
Pena showing with that ugly slide and his bumbling around first defensively that he's unbelievably more clumsy than Votto.

Lol, you are too much....an unconventional play with a clear swipe and miss but also no touching of the plate....then his fingers touch maybe 2 inches before his hip was tagged.

Some good Santana video from when he was first called up...no clue what he was doing

    The should end it.

Why do first basemen not stretch anymore?

    Freddie Freeman takes it seriously

I agree with you...no clue why it's not emphasized

Maybe because Frazier isn't an everyday first baseman? Votto seems to stretch quite a bit when he is in there...especially when the play will be close. Frazier just isn't a normal first baseman and isn't used to having to stretch to avoid the close play.

Votto has shown over and over that his stretching is often lackluster.....especially on throws from the catcher and pitcher near the plate

    Thanks Jumbo!

It may be lackluster, but he attempts to stretch. Especially on balls where he has to make a scoop on the throw from third or short, he usually has a decent stretch.

My point in my response was that maybe we shouldn't get on Frazier for not stretching since he isn't a regular first baseman.
