MulvaI'll take Parsons over Ariza easily. But the salaries match up with that, so I don't think anyone can really complain, as long as Houston uses the leftover cash to upgrade their front court.

Yeah that's kind of my point. I certainly would want Parsons for more than next year, but I don't think Ariza is a bad alternative if they spend the rest wisely.Mulva;1635651 wrote:I'll take Parsons over Ariza easily. friendfromlowryI really liked the Pierce to the Wizards. That's a relatively young team that could really benefit from a (HOF?) guard.
I wonder if Melo and Bosh staying with their teams has anything to do with them not being crazy about the idea of playing Kobe and Dwight Howard. -

Thanks for having my back on that. What a weirdo for looking for that stuff, that's some grade A creeper behavior.KB0938;1635622 wrote:Jason williams played for Miami in 2005, he likes jason Williams hence the "55". But lol you really went that far as to search a heat forum user list in order to post that here? O.o -

KB already nailed it, Jason Williams was my favorite player of all time. I watched him at Florida, in Sacramento, Memphis, Miami and Orlando. That is one of the weirdest things ever done on here and that's saying a lot.Commander of Awesome;1635602 wrote:Hey rob, still claiming to not be a heat fan, and just a fan of the game?

I'm not hopping on any bandwagon, I have always followed Lebron's career since high school(we were in the same class) and he is my favorite player currently to watch. I'm an Ohio guy through and through, born and raised here and have a lot of pride about that. Sorry that you can't accept that.Commander of Awesome;1635625 wrote:No actually. I was looking for the post where he claimed to be have always been a heat fan back in 2010 when I called him out for being a jock sniffer to LBJ (Jpake and him went on and on about how they've always been heat fans, etc...) since he's def going to try and join the Cavs bandwagon this season.I can already see him saying, "I'm a fan of the game and always been a fan of LBJ" bs. Search of Robj55 heat fan returned that. Thanks for trying though. -
Ironman92I can't tolerate the NBA too much but love the displayed athleticism and great offensive and defensive plays/schemes. The refs and the acting by the players makes it hard for me to enjoy. I too root for players more than franchises. I won't watch a ton but will pull for Cleveland more than others. It's insane they haven't won a professional championship since the Jim Brown years. Too much heartbreak when they've had great teams. I sure as hell don't want the Browns to be the team to do it. I'll pull for the Indians in a WS unless they were facing the Reds and I'll pull for the Cavs over everyone. Hopefully LeBron coming home works out a hell of a lot better than when KGJ did. I also gave always like Kyrie's game and AV is a must like. I hope they don't trade Wiggins....he'll really make it fun to watch if he does what I think he will.

Pick6Ariza always seems to perform better in those contract years

wildcats20@WojYahooNBA: Free agent forward Luol Deng has agreed to a two-year, $20 million deal with the Miami Heat, league source tells Yahoo Sports.

MulvaWow. So much for the Hayward and Parsons deals driving prices up.

Should make the Heat a 4-6 seed in the East.wildcats20;1635742 wrote:@WojYahooNBA: Free agent forward Luol Deng has agreed to a two-year, $20 million deal with the Miami Heat, league source tells Yahoo Sports. -

Hard to put the Heat anywhere lower than 4. Indiana is pretty much an unknown as well.sleeper;1635852 wrote:Should make the Heat a 4-6 seed in the East. -

Or a #12 seed in the westsleeper;1635852 wrote:Should make the Heat a 4-6 seed in the East. -
Pick6IDk. I'd see the heat closer to 4 if Wade could stay healthy, but it isn't going to happen. I say 6-8 seed. Good for the Cavs. I was a fan of Deng, but he played like dog shit in his time with the Cavs. Decent signing, but not that impressed.
-
Pick6I'm going Cavs, Bulls, Pacers, Raptors, and Wiz above the Heat for sure.

Why? Wade sucks and will miss half the season. Bosh isn't a shot creator and will struggle without another super star grabbing attention and passing him the ball. Deng? He isn't that great.Azubuike24;1635856 wrote:Hard to put the Heat anywhere lower than 4. Indiana is pretty much an unknown as well. -

Quite a reach to call that "DC." Kevin Durant is the only guy that can make that claim. -
ernest_t_bass
Meaning DC as in the Wizards, not necessarily all their hometowns. That's a pretty damn good team, though. Chicago's is pretty legit too.like_that;1636043 wrote:Quite a reach to call that "DC." Kevin Durant is the only guy that can make that claim. -

Well then you can't even put Lebron on the Cavs.like_that;1636043 wrote:Quite a reach to call that "DC." Kevin Durant is the only guy that can make that claim. -

Just hate when people outside of DC try to say they are from DC. -
wildcats20Yeah it's pretty much just home state.

lhslep134If I was a Milwaukee fan I would definitely buy this.
