Steelers vs Bengals
-
Ironman92Bengals wanting that #2 seed knowing that would give them a great chance at making their first AFC Championship game in a while.
Steelers are mainly attempting to spoil but also still alive for the #6 seed that possibly shouldn't happen. (I think the Steelers can lose, go to 5-9 and still be mathematically alive providing a few reasonable things happen)
I worry the Bengals may just bust ass, never look back and make it to the AFC Championship game.....but I think Pittsburgh plays a good game, gets to Dalton enough to keep it fairly tight.
Bengals 31
Pittsburgh 24 -
like_thatI thought the steelers were already eliminated? Anyway, I hope it's a tie with a rapistberger torn acl.

Ironman92I think there are scenarios that they still make it at 7-9 if they lose at GB
Ravens getting to 8 wins knocks them.
Miami has the tie breaker but if Miami has same record as Jets....Jets have tie breaker.
I'd guess one of the 4-9 teams might still have a mathematical life, though I haven't checked. -

gerb131Bengals should win by 10+.
Bell looks like a good back though and with Brown they should score.
30-17 WHO DEY -
sportchamppsI like the bengals 30-27

Not a reverse, we'll see after Sunday. Antonio Brown will have a field day and the Bengals are bad on the road.Ironman92;1551769 wrote:Reverse called and nullified. -

You messed up anyways. You gave a 6:5 ratioTerry_Tate;1551801 wrote:Not a reverse, we'll see after Sunday. Antonio Brown will have a field day and the Bengals are bad on the road.
Should've said Steelers win 24-16 -
Ironman92Crazy but all AFC teams that are 4-9 are still mathematically alive for the #6 seed.
If it wasn't for Miami's or San Diego's likely hood of winning 1 more game each....it doesn't look that crazy.
4-9 Raiders, Jaguars, Browns and Bills all alive...in that order. -
Ironman92Bengals need this more than the Steelers because a Steelers win still leaves little to no hope this year....but the Bengals working into that #2 slot would be huge in the grand scheme of things.
We Pittsburgh fans need...
Steelers win over Bengals
Ravens lose @ Detroit
Miami lose to New England
Jets lose @ Carolina
Chargers lose @ Denver
Titans lose to Arizona
Those all seem pretty likely except for the Steelers part of it....and I'm not positive but I don't think any one of those individually or a combination actually eliminate the Steelers outside of Baltimore winning....and I also might win the lottery tonight if I play.
Jacksonville started 0-7?....still alive and could very well end at 7-9 with their remaining schedule.
Had the Ravens not pulled that win out of their ass against Minnesota every 4-9 and 5-8 team would be in much better shape.
Only Houston in the AFC has been eliminated. -

Ya know what the sad thing is....all that stuff will happen yet the steelers lose....Ironman92;1552240 wrote:Bengals need this more than the Steelers because a Steelers win still leaves little to no hope this year....but the Bengals working into that #2 slot would be huge in the grand scheme of things.

I can't remember the exact scenario, but a ton of things had to happen for Pitts to make it a few years back.thavoice;1552486 wrote:Ya know what the sad thing is....all that stuff will happen yet the steelers lose....
They had to win and the stars were aligning....but they lost. -

Why boo him?Devils Advocate;1553774 wrote:How loud does Harrison get booed tonite? -
Azubuike24He sensed the writing on the wall. He's no longer an every down player, especially in Cincy's scheme. It made sense for him to move on, especially given that the Steelers basically let him.

Ironman92Here's what's due.....many many interceptions this Sunday
Since his last interception Ben has thrown 170 passes, 1200 yards and 12 TD.....he and Eli seem to always parallel each other. Sure hope the hell that doesn't continue. -

Ironman92Is there a stat that tells how often a team crosses the opponents 45 and then has to punt? That is Todd Haley's forte.
Mix and match for 1st downs....get near scoring position and call 3 straight runs and punt. Haleyball -
