Week 11: Cleveland Browns @ Cincinnati Bengals--The Battle of I-71

wes_mantoothTicket prices are kinda sucking balls. I am not having any luck at finding anything relatively cheap....must be a hot ticket.

Very odd. You'd think the ticket prices would be at a deep discount considering they only have three fans?wes_mantooth;1534335 wrote:Ticket prices are kinda sucking balls. I am not having any luck at finding anything relatively cheap....must be a hot ticket. -

If I'm not mistaken they blacked out a game this season ready. I assume ticket prices are up because a lot of Cleveland fans in the area (and in Cleveland) are purchasing. Last game I went to in cincy was two years ago when the bengals were making a playoff push. It was probably 55/45 bengals to browns fans.BR1986FB;1534338 wrote:Very odd. You Are mistaken.... The only one in question so far was the game against the Jets. And 100 percent of tickets were sold.like_that;1534407 wrote:If I'm not mistaken they blacked out a game this season ready. Well good for the bengals "fans" then. It only took making it to the playoffs 3 of 4 seasons for people to finally start showing up.Big_Mirg_ZHS;1534465 wrote:You Are mistaken.... The only one in question so far was the game against the Jets. And 100 percent of tickets were sold. -

Don't lump the damn bandwagon fans into those of us who have been fans of the team through thick and thin. I have gone to games in the bad seasons and the good seasons. The only reason why ive been to more lately is that i can afford to now do to my job. -

Who said I lumped you into that group? As a whole though, that fan base is known for their bandwagonism/ fair weatherism.Big_Mirg_ZHS;1534498 wrote:Don't lump the damn bandwagon fans into those of us who have been fans of the team through thick and thin. like_thatAnyway, not that I really gaf about power rankings, nor have the Browns done anything to be ranked highly, but is anyone sick of ESPN having the Ravens' dick in their mouth? The ravens have looked awful all year, they looked awful this past sunday, and probably should have lost after giving up a hailmary, yet they still had the ravens move three spots up the rankings ahead of the Browns, who didn't play this past sunday.

friendfromlowryA Browns fan I work with is waiting til Saturday to buy tickets in hopes they will drop the day before. Not sure if there's any hope in that or not.

Several people at my school go to 2 or 3 games a year and I can't believe how expensive they are.....and being 45 miles from Cincy they are Who Dey crazies when the Bengals are playoff worthy and jerseys amuck, but when they aren't you never hear a word and about 5 people continue to wear the memorabilia.wes_mantooth;1534335 wrote:Ticket prices are kinda sucking balls. Grossi is an idiot. As long as the ravens have flacco they will contend? Has he not been paying attention to him this year?BR1986FB;1534820 wrote:http://espncleveland.com/common/more.php?m=49&action=blog&r=17&post_id=25231 -

Yeah, I pretty much blew off the part about Crappo. He's a game manager who hit a hot streak at the right time and cashed in. As a Browns fan, this pleases me greatly knowing we'll be facing him for the next 5 or so years. He's kinda like Andy Dalton....whenever your team faces him, you know you have a decent chance to win.like_that;1534858 wrote:Grossi is an idiot. As long as the ravens have flacco they will contend? gerb131Too bad you'd take any game manager over what you've had or have in Cleveland for 10yrs

wes_mantoothI don't agree that flacco or Dalton are game managers. They both are too streaky for that. I really don't care for either honestly.

MulvaWinner is in the driver's seat in the division in my opinion.

No prob the steelers. Browns will blow the draft too and then move to balt again for balt to have 2 teams. /mulvaMulva;1535294 wrote:Winner is in the driver's seat in the division in my opinion. -

I meant it in the sense dalton doesn't really win games for the bengals. Last year the bengals won numerous games where dalton threw well below 300 yards.wes_mantooth;1535270 wrote:I don't agree that flacco or Dalton are game managers. They both are too streaky for that. Not really. During that time period, game managers really wouldn't have done much with the lack of talent (this team had) around them.gerb131;1535255 wrote:Too bad you'd take any game manager over what you've had or have in Cleveland for 10yrs
Dalton has no excuse but he shits in his hat against the good defenses. He'll feast on mediocre pass defenses but put him up against a good pass D and old Scut Farkas shits the bed. -
like_thatCrocker hasn't been practicing apparently. I wonder if he will play.

IliketurtlesDid I miss a joke or something or is it just a typo is the thread title saying Week 10 instead of Week 11?
As for the game I see it being pretty low scoring. I like the Browns to win 23-20.
