Yeah, while hockey playoffs are definitely more on-the-edge-of-your-seat than any other professional sport, it's all subjective. I just don't really like hockey as much as other sports, so I prefer baseball. But I still watch hockey as well in the post-season.

This probably isn't breaking news, but March Madness is my favorite postseason of all. Ha.

Every team I rooted for in the 4 different divisional series has lost. (Oakland not yet but my rooting is a death)

Looks like a Cardinals/Sox series (which will be really good)

Don't say that! Now that the Pirates are gone, Oakland is my only buffer from finding myself cheering for the Dodgers for the sole reason that they aren't the Cards, Tigers or Sox.

^^^Ugh...not me I'll have no problem rooting for Detroit or St. Louis over the megamarket teams.

Detroit is a megamarket team. The homegroew a few of those players but they signed a large part of that team. Their owner is a very rich man who spends very freely. You should root for them if you are trying for "small market".

    This (assuming DET holds on).

I could not give a shit from this point forward. The only team left of the 4 that I don't completely hate would be the Dodgers, I guess.

We're definitely on the same page with this.

    Ok...you convinced me....F*** the Tigers!
  • #1DBag
None of the remaining teams should win.
  • Iliketurtles
Lets go Dodgers! Only team left I'd really like to see win.

I'd love to see a Dodgers/Tigers World Series though.

Playoff hockey is pretty damn spectacular and I would definitely prefer it if I wasn't a baseball guy. But there's something about the climactic nature of every pitch that appeals to me.

I have determined it is acceptable for Detroit to win. Justin Verlander has more than likely did XYZ with Kate Upton in real life.

When Verlander is on he pitches like he gets to do XYZ with Kate Upton after the game.....when Boston pitcher's pitch they act like when the game is over they have to do XYZ with with B.J. Upton after the game.

Boston was never an option. Fuck them.

Anybody else sick of looking at Boston's Amish length beards?

Who were the knuckleheads that said Peralta would never play for the Tigers again when I posted he would be back by the playoffs?

I like their manager, Ellsbury and their grit....but hate about everything else about them.
