  He just isn't a very good player. IMO, he was overhyped coming through Cinci's farm system (like our Chisenhall was), and just isn't big league material...yet???

  Its odd, kinda. Until about 2 weeks ago I was actually pissed when Tito DIDNT have him in the 9 hole and RF (or leadoff when Bourn was out).
  
  But he has just been awful for 2 weeks now and it has started to affect his play in RF.

  Stubbs has outright won some games for us this year. He's just in a prolonged slump( along with about half the team.) I've not been fond of the way Tito has used him on the bases. Stubbs has stolen only 16 bases in 18 attempts....only 2 in the last 6 weeks. His on base numbers are comparable to his past 2 years at Cinci...and his stealing percentage higher....but he has only attempted to steal half the amount of times! Without looking it up, I believe it's the same thing with Bourn.
  
  Francona still refuses to use speed as a weapon, prefering to play for big hits that don't come.( but the double plays sure do!)

  How we arent leading the world in steals is mind-boggling to me. I understand we havent been in great situations to run, and we havent gotten guys on base at all in the 2nd half, but DAMN!

  -Stubbs (20+)
  -Kipnis (30+)
  -Brantley (20+)
  -Cabrera (20+)
  -Bourn (40+)
  
  Off the top of my head, thats what they SHOULD have. Bourn and Kipnis are on base enough to easily attain those numbers. Brantley and Cabrera should be running more and if Stubbs got on base higher, Id say he should be close to 40. Everytime he gets a single in the middle innings I feel like he should run. Same with Bourn, but starting in the 1st since he is leadoff.
  
  I also have hated that Aviles hasnt played more for Asdrubal. How many runs are we going to sacrifice before Tito realizes its go time...we only have 20 games left and we need them all?

  I like Tito but his in game management is suspect at best. Aviles and Rayburn have been underutilized for sure

  Raburn is another, but he is injured and I think relegated to PH duties at the moment. If healthy, I would be clamoring for him at 3rd (or RF) instead of Chisenhall (or Stubbs) with Aviles at SS.
