96 can get plenty of outs when you have some movement on it or can spot it. Chapman can do neither.Midstate01;1445110 wrote:96 doesnt get outs. Period. Guys can sit on it. -

Yep. A 6-1 fastball to slider ratio is far too high for how good Chapmans slider is. Seems like whenever he hits a bad skid its because he only is throwing fastballs. -
zach24ozChapman's been really sucking the big one lately...better get his head straight. I knew once he didn't get some of those pitches called strikes he was done just by his body language.

JugheadOr Dusty could simply leave the starters in to finish the deal. Are we going back to Cordero 2.0?

Chapman DID give up two runs tonight in the blown save. Giving up two runs was CoCo's M.O.Jughead;1445129 wrote:Or Dusty could simply leave the starters in to finish the deal. Are we going back to Cordero 2.0? -
mhs95_06Which Reds reliever do you think will be the first to go on the DL from today on?

Marshall. He's already been there. I'm not sure there is anything physically wrong with Chapman. All of his issues are at the top of the mountain.mhs95_06;1445134 wrote:Which Reds reliever do you think will be the first to go on the DL from today on? -

Don't they now have a 7 or 8 day DL for head cases?Azubuike24;1445227 wrote:Marshall. He's already been there. I'm not sure there is anything physically wrong with Chapman. All of his issues are at the top of the mountain. -
Azubuike24Yeah. Should've used it up for those week long spans where Dusty doesn't feel he needs to pitch him.
