  A) Phillips hit one 450 feet last time, even if it's a man on 1st and not 2nd, with 2 outs does it REALLY change the situation for a reeling C.J. Wilson?

  Well yes, but then Dusty should've instructed him to steal with Votto up, free walk to Votto (who won't get a hit anyway), and then real trouble...works both ways Dusty. Can't blame a player in that situation unless he was specifically told, THAT AT-BAT, not to steal. It can't just be assumed...
