Kinda does look like his knee is still bothering him some. No preseason doesn't help either.Mulva;1498129 wrote:RGIII does not look healthy. -

I wouldn't expect him to be up to game speed, but he doesn't look explosive at all and has absolutely no power on his throws.said_aouita;1498147 wrote:Kinda does look like his knee is still bothering him some. No preseason doesn't help either. -
Laley23Chargers drastically improved...or, opening night, MNF adrenaline???
Texans look like shit either way. They honestly dont look to AJ nearly enough. Dudes a beast who needs Calvin like targets in this offense. -

I agree that AJ is a beast but he gets tons of targets. He got 16 last night haha.Laley23;1498290 wrote:Chargers drastically improved...or, opening night, MNF adrenaline???

Just went and looked it up, ESPN only has targets starting in 2006. But since then AJ has averaged a 1/2 target per game more than CJ.
Chargers looked good for 3 quarters but then went back to their same old ways. I think the Chargers are probably better than most expected but I don't think they are better than KC or Denver. -
Laley23
He doesnt get a single look in the red-zone, which was more my point.Iliketurtles;1498363 wrote:I agree that AJ is a beast but he gets tons of targets. He got 16 last night haha.

I mean, obviously gets thrown to, he leads the NFL (history) in catches per game. But I think with their running game, it should be more. They run the ball too much. They were at their best yesterday throwing it after the run...and he needs red-zone looks. He is the single most imposing player at the position (except maybe Calvin) but they dont use him to get ACTUAL points. Its mind-boggling. -

Yeah that is definitely true. They also love to go to the TE's in the red zone. I agree that AJ is amazing to watch and it is crazy the Texans don't look to him more in the red zone.Laley23;1498420 wrote:He doesnt get a single look in the red-zone, which was more my point.

AutomatikSuh fined 100k for that low block. Holy fuck!
-
Pick6
i usually like to give Suh somewhat of the benefit of the doubt, but that shit was down right dirty and could have caused a serious injury. No longer a supporter of him at all.Automatik;1498593 wrote:Suh fined 100k for that low block. Holy fuck! -

He should've gotten 4-6 games. He's a repeat offender who looks like he is intentionally trying to end careers. $100k is chump change. Gotta hit these guys where it hurts (game checks) before they are going to tone it down. I'm all for good, hard hitting football but this guy is bush league.Pick6;1498598 wrote:i usually like to give Suh somewhat of the benefit of the doubt, but that shit was down right dirty and could have caused a serious injury. Commander of AwesomeMark Sanchez: may have season-ending shoulder surgery. He has an NFL-worst 36.1 Total QBR + 55.1 comp pct since his rookie 2009 season.
$8 million bonus well spent NY! -

Pick6lol the jets

hasbeenGeno just got sandwiched hard. And completed the pass for 20+. Hung in there and took a tough hit. Good stuff.
Pats TD was an awesome play -
Pick6not sure what that should be ruled..but dont understand how its an incomplete pass. Couldnt tell if the ball hit the ground from any angle.
-
Pick6some more questionable officiating in foxboro
-
Pick6jets WRs are horrid. Geno looks pretty solid for the most part
-
LJI'm enjoying watching Brady act like a big baby
-
LJGeno does not look good at all under any sort of pressure
-
Terry_TateIt's amazing to me that the Patriots came into this year with such shit at WR given they lost Hernandez and have Gronk out. I know Amendola should be in but still, under no circumstances should a team ever be playing an Undrafted rookie WR as much as Thompkins is playing.
-
LJBrady pouting off the field. Man this is great.
-
Laley23We got ourselves a ballgame, folks.
-
Terry_TateFuck Aaron Dobson, throw to Kenbrell Thompkins.
-

he cant catch either. Edelman is the only one worth throwing toTerry_Tate;1499664 wrote:Fuck Aaron Dobson, throw to Kenbrell Thompkins. -

Yeah, this is a bad week to be playing anyone on the Pats offense except Edelman. Gronk may get 15 catches a game if he can stay healthy. -
Laley23Mike Mayock is pissing me off tonight.
All over the Pats WRs for the drops (and they have been drops), but no blame on Brady for not hitting them in stride and throwing behind them.
But, for Geno and his WR drops, its all on Geno being late and missing wide open WRs.
