Ouch. At least Dwayne Allen still has a chance at a decent game don't know if he can do what Thomas already has in this 1st half though lol.

Mirg at least Clark just dropped that sure TD haha.

Not a chance. Im hoping for a RZ touchdown lol.

As for the game, Peyton has underthrown all the deep balls. The coverage has been good, so I assume its purposeful back shoulder throws, it is interesting since all the Denver WRs said his arm strength is back to what it was and lot more zip/pace/distance to his throws this year.

that was a clear drop, what a break for the Broncos.
  • tk421
and a TD, what a huge break. Almost wish the NFL would just have someone look at every play up in the booth like college, this quick snap stuff is bull. Some stadiums you don't even get a look at the replay before they snap it again.

    Flaccos WRs suck

Harbaughs fault for challenging the early play that bounced. It was a 5 yard gain.

I think if you hold onto that one, he has no hesitation throwing a challenge flag on this play. But, didnt want to be out of them should he have been wrong.

Ed Dickson is having a shitty game.

yeah, that's another thing that's bull. Only having 2 challenges, and 1 extra if both are correct, instead of just getting all the calls correct.

I kind of agree. I like the 2, but it should be 2 incorrect, imo. So basically, you can challenge until you are wrong twice.

But as the rule stands, it is a HUGE pet peeve of mine when coaches waste a challenge on a stupid play that doesnt change anything.

I mean, 2nd and 5 or 2nd and 10??? Not really much of a difference when you are playing the elite QBs (Peyton). To only gain 5 yards on a challenge is not worth it at all, in that situation, at that time of the game.

Running the no huddle makes opposing coaches have to make super quick decisions. Peyton was at the line right after that drop waiting to run a play. Teams are going to have to speed up their review process in those situations because you aren't going to get multiple looks at it to see if it is really worth wasting a challenge on.

Crazy how one play wildly swung the momentum like it did.

Peyton might throw 7 TD's tonight.

This Broncos offense is just not going to be fair. So many weapons.

He will be done at 6, unless Baltimore scores some here lol. Gonna start to milk the clock in the 3rd!

Steve Bisciotti (Ravens owner) has to be watching tonight and wondering what on earth he was thinking making Joe Flacco the highest paid player in the NFL.

The team around him is decimated because he is hoovering up so much of the cap, and he is not like Peyton Manning who can make any skill position player on offense look like an All-Pro.

Outside of that unreal 4 game playoff run Flacco tonight looks like the Flacco we've seen for 5 years now. A good QB, but not the kind you devote such a monster size portion of the cap to.
  • Mulva
His cap hit is like $7 mil this year.

I just remembered the deal being essentially 3 years $62 million in guaranteed money. Didn't know how the numbers worked, but figured at some point the deal would have had to blow up their cap. Apparently not.

    MOAR Decker!

    There's #6. Good lord.

Goes up to around $30 mil in 2016, but they'll just restructure.

I gave up fantasy football about 15 years ago so I don't keep up with that aspect of it, but someone somewhere is blowing their wad that Peyton has thrown for 375 and 6 TD's.

Me. At least in 1 of my leagues. Unfortunately, in the other 2 I am going against D. Thomas and Welker respectively.

I went and looked it up after you said that and that is correct. I do find it amazing though teams can rig the cap like that in that Flacco will get $60 million of salary for these 3 years, and only ever count for 7,14,14 against the cap before they restructure and do the same thing again. Makes you wonder how so many teams can end up in cap hell when it seems there are so many ways to manipulate it to work for you.

Got him in 1 league and praise the Lord I'm not facing him in any of my other 5.

I have him in my big money league, and the only Bronco I'm going against is Prater. Pretty good night!

    I also have Broncos D! :)
