Cleveland Browns at Oakland Raiders

  • BR1986FB
Browns head West for a late afternoon showdown with the Raiders.

Palmer has been playing well but Oakland doesn't seem to have a great running game.

Defensively, the Raiders are an abortion defending the run & pass. Hopefully a big day for the offense. T-Rich could finally have that breakout game.

Too early to tell but there's the remote possibility that Cleveland could be facing the Raiders with Colt McCoy at the helm.

Hoping for two in a row....

I'll be at this one, if we lose I'll take the blame. I still have yet to attend a winning Browns game in my life. (Hint I'm 0-double digits)

    Didn't realize you were a west-coaster.

If I've got to choose a coast, I got to choose the East.

I don't understand...so you live on the west coast, but would choose to live on the east?

Over how many years are you 0-fer? That's a fairly impressive unlucky streak.

Notorious lyric. Basically yes, I recently moved to the west coast but consider myself an east coaster/mid west

Since the mid 90s. Though I didn't start to go to games regularly since '99. I agree on the unlucky streak, though I similar one going with the Tribe in the other direction. I witnessed my first live Tribe loss this year, I had 20-0 streak or something around there until this season.

It has been a long time since the Browns won in Oakland. On top of that they have a 12(or is it more) game losing streak on the road, they have looked like shit coming off each of their wins and shurmur is still the coach. They are the better team imo, but I can easily see them finding a way to lose. They will probably give up a fake field goal or some dumb shit like last year.

Was it also the two teams involved in the AFC Championship? I don't know but it was the best year for those two combined....I think, not sure Sipe took him to the AFC Championship Game

Nope....the Raiders won it all but beat the Chargers in the AFC Championship

The 11-5 Browns did not make the playoffs...11-5 Oiler won division tie breaker.

    Back to topic...

Browns defense is solid and Raiders are reeling. This game will decide draft position....Raiders will draft before Browns

    Browns 23
    Raiders 20
