Week 7: Cleveland Browns at Indianapolis Colts
-
BR1986FBYeah, I know the Sunday night game and the Monday night game haven't been played but I wanted to get this started.
Can they make it 2 in a row? If they play like today I think they will. -
MulvaColts are a completely different team at home. In Cleveland I would take the Browns easily. In Indy, toss-up.

Except for today's performance, I would say the Browns seem to perform better on the road.Mulva;1295382 wrote:Colts are a completely different team at home. In Cleveland I would take the Browns easily. In Indy, toss-up.
Should be an interesting game. Brown's won't really have to worry about a Colts rushing attack. -
shook_17im glad you started this thread. i was going to suggest that you do. but i think it will be a good game. i say we should win. if we play like we did today i think we win by 10. i believe mathis is out and will be out for this game. our oline is gelling as a unit. things are coming together and you can see it. i think weeden has another big game.

EnforcerHopefully T-Rich is ok to play in the game, Browns by 13
-
BRFBuild on the momentum.
Go Browns! -
Ironman92At Indy is very loud....but Browns should win by 10
-
dazedconfusedgiven the winnable nature of the game, the browns will probably come out lethargic, commit about 12 penalties, forgot about richardson and get gashed on defense
-
shook_17^^^ sounds about right

BR1986FBHopefully Shurmur comes into this one with a reverse mentality. His philosophy is "build a lead with the pass, burn the clock with the run later." If Richardson is healthy he should gash a VERY poor Colts defense. Hell, if T-Rich can't go and Hardesty runs like he did yesterday, he may too. Shonn Greene, who is a pretty shitty one dimensional back, imo, lit up the Colts yesterday. Richardson should feast.

OQBThis team could go 2 ways...
They could go back to their old ways and be in games til the end but continue to come up short.
or
This win could be a snowball effect for the rest of the season...winning is contagious and with key players coming back from injury, young guys making progress and showing they belong in the NFL, and coaches making good decisions. The new owner bringing excitement back to the franchise and holding people accountable, this team could win some games the rest of the year. -
se-alumWhat is Rubin's injury? Noticed he wasn't active this week.
-
shook_17I want to say it was a leg injury with Rubin. Winning and Hughes filled in good yesterday

FootwedgeWell....My huge Browns over 4.5 wins wager for the season doesn't look so gloomy now. Would hate to move back into my momma's basement.

FootwedgeBrowns will win Sunday if TRich is healthy.
-
BR1986FB
Doesn't matter. If Shonn Greene's sorry, slow plodding ass can go for 160, Hardesty & Oby can rack up at least 125+.Footwedge;1296063 wrote:Browns will win Sunday if TRich is healthy. -
