Christ, I know jack shit about coaching basketball, but I know you don't take out your best defender (Vogel himself called him the best rim protector in the NBA) for fucking offense/defense substitutions in OVERTIME. Hell you don't do it in regulation (when Lebron drove in for the go-ahead layup). Just turrible.

  IMO, Brook Lopez should have made 3rd team over Howard. Since they are going with position instead any 5, Melo makes sense for 2nd team. I would have put him on 1st ahead of Kobe if it were not. Blake Griffin isn't a 2nd teamer as well. No Nuggets on the top 15 and 3rd seed in the West says something about George Karl.
