  Manning was adamant that was foul. Im not so sure. I am leaning toward foul, but Jack hit that REALLY close to the line and pushed it a lot further foul. When it went over the bag...it mightve been fair.

  I don't know how Santana keeps getting worse, but he would need to continue that trend for at least 3-4 more seasons before Marson would be a better option. But seriously, 5 home runs and 16 total extra base hits this far into the season is unacceptable if you're going to bat in the .220s.

  It hard to fathom how he's regressed. His swing is completely broken.

  Just install a pitchback behind the plate. Having the pitcher throw a ball into it for his at-bats would be an improvement over Marson too.

  That's an umpire who deserves to be reprimanded if not fired. No excuse that a professional umpire should assume that a ball was caught. If you don't see a catch you can't call an out. Moreover, a fan is standing there holding up the ball! Booooooo.
