Still think Clareet getting back his fumble is the most incredible I've ever seen. He doesn't go batshit, we win the title next season as well.

Oh absolutely. Clarrett was just a beast and the most god awful waste of talent ever by far.

McGahee's knee was disgusting.....but an awesome hit. That defense beat the shit out of him and the qb. And New Philly's own...Cie Grant finished it off with a blitz....aww, memories of when one of my teams actually won something...lol

Clarett would have stopped Michigan from pwning OSU's defense that year?

Probably would have beaten Wisconsin, not sold on them beating Michigan that year.

1975 Indiana Hoosiers basketball. Undefeated and lost in the E8 by 2 versus Kentucky. Then go undefeated the next season and win the title.

in 1974/75 they swept the Big Ten by 22.8 points per game, but lost NPOY Scott May in their final game versus Purdue. Otherwise, no doubt they go back to back undefeated seasons.

Before my time as a fan, but in 1983 when NC State beat Houston (with Hakeem Olajuwon and Clyde Drexler) for the NCAA hoops title.

The most dear to my heart was the Giants (and David Tyree) shocking the Pats the first time ... I anticipated a Giants win last season, they were the better team.

    1999 Cincinnati Bearcats (College Basketball)

Kenyon Martin breaking his leg in the CUSA tournament was one of the saddest sports moments I've ever witnessed =(. This team (with K-Mart) was a bitch to get around.

Good one. Losing K Mart was beyond devastating.

The 66 win year for the Cavs a few years ago. Unstoppable...and nearly unbeaten at home. Bitten by a Magic team that defied all odds and pulled off one of of the biggest upsets in all of professional sports.

Hardly one of the biggest upsets in all of pro sports.

The Cavs were favored 6.25 to 1 in that series according to Bodog sports book. 6 to 1 is about as wide as the odds will ever get.

"Cleveland is -625 to win the series, and should do it in 6."

Not even the Baltimore Colts were a 6 to 1 favorite over the Namath Jets. (18 point favorites). I suppose the Jets upset was all about match ups too, eh?
